Top Pho, Fife

First time here, and Amazing! The service, the food the atmosphere. The staff were in the middle of eating and they didn't hesitate to get up and serve me. They also had one of the world cup games on in the main seating area. I ordered the Pho P2. Which is the Beef and Brisket and a side order of Crab Rangoon. I didn't wait not 10 minutes till I was served and these were some of the best Crab Rangoon I ever had. They were filled to the brim with crab..

After several visits here. I've really enjoyed some of the food I've ordered and eaten here. The place is clean. The owners and workers here are nice are attentive. I've enjoyed eating the following: -fresh rolls -Thai tea -Beef Bahn mi sandwich -R8. Grilled Beef Short Ribs, Grilled Shrimps and Fried Egg -B7. Grilled Beef, Grilled Shrimps and Egg Roll -Shrimp Dumplings (5pcs) -Chicken Bahn mi I would like to try other items on the menu.

The owners Tiger and Lan are absolutely amazing people! They prepare every dish on the menu from scratch. The portions are more than adequate, you could even say ample portion sizes. The fried rice is so loaded with shrimp and Chicken they should call it fried shrimp and Chicken with rice. I have eaten Crab Rangoon from every restaurant I e ever been to that had it on the menu but I can honestly say that never have I ever really had Crab Rangoon until Tiger and Lan made it for me. It is hands down The Best. I even had the pleasure of watching Lan meticulously prepare their dumplings from scratch. If you are in the mood for Asian Cuisine you owe it to your taste buds to head to Fife so you can try the best Asian food on the West Coast. Your taste buds will thank you. I can't say enough about the Crab Rangoon when you bite into it you will notice the firm texture of big chunks of real crab with the creamy cheese. Great Food made from scratch, Big portions that won't give you sticker shock. If I could double up on stars I would give them 10. Thank you Tiger and Lan for making my taste buds dance with joy!!!

I ordered 2 appetizers, 2 main dishes, and 2 boba drinks and only paid about $60. There are other places that would overcharge that same amount for only 2-3 items. had to delete my original review from years ago to be able to make a new one! I moved back to Fife and I had to come and eat here again, because it’s never disappointed me. I still love this place just as much as I did before. I’ve been coming here since I was in high school and it’s still just as amazing! Definitely earns 5 stars. Staff is so sweet and welcoming, even remembers me after I haven’t been here in a while, and I love itt!! The atmosphere is super positive and peaceful, no loud music or loud noises. I’ve been coming to eat here since high school, and always leave satisfied. whether you’re ordering takeout or dine in, they are speedy and efficient. it’s never messy inside, and always plenty of tables and chairs to sit at. Food always tastes great, I’ve gone to other places that serve similar food, but nothing beats Top Pho. My usual orders are Shrimp Dumplings as an appetizer, and either Beef Pho noodles or Chow Fun. I order the seafood option for the Chow Fun, was recommended to try and it has become one of my favorites, and their portions here are BIG. They always check on you often to make sure you’re doing well. They have a large variety of options. My boyfriend was unsure what to get for his first time here, and he got the Chow Mein with beef. I ordered 3 boba teas and spring rolls. The boba flavors were mocha, peach and strawberry. There were ALL very good! The spring rolls and their peanut sauce are amazing! The restaurant is clean and has clean bathrooms. The staff were very sweet. Prices are reasonable. We paid $30.78 for all 4 things. Easy parking. Would definitely visit again!
