My sister and I had a last-minute plan before her flight and only had ONE hour to spare together. We called so many nail salons around the area and everyone was fully booked or couldn’t align with our schedule. When we finally called Touch Point Nails & Spa, the lady who answered the phone was SO kind and understanding. She worked with our time and booked us in right away. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming with such a sweet vibe. The first thing she asked us was, “Would you like water or any drink?” 🥹 That alone already stood out because most places don’t even offer. Now let me confess something embarrassing 😂 I thought manicure was for feet and pedicure was for hands. So I accidentally booked the wrong services! But they handled it so politely and quickly switched things around without making me feel silly at all. The gentleman who worked on my pedicure was extremely patient and down-to-earth. And listen… my feet haven’t been properly taken care of since 2016 😩 Thick calluses, long nails, dirt in the corners — the whole struggle. He took his time trimming, cleaning, removing calluses, and making everything look brand new. He even laughed along with our jokes and made the whole experience comfortable. I picked a glitter color that didn’t look quite right at first. Instead of just applying it anyway, he stopped and asked if I’d like to try something else. We layered another shade underneath so I could still keep the original color I loved — and it came out PERFECT. That attention to detail meant so much to me. And the biggest surprise? The total for BOTH of us was only $145. Anywhere else would’ve easily charged $200+. We even added extra because it honestly didn’t feel right paying that little for such amazing service 😂 Definitely recommend 10/10. If I ever need a pedicure again, I’ll drive or even fly back here for it. So worth it, and I’m so glad they had availability!

Alicia is an amazing nail technician. I seriously thought she was the owner. The way she carried herself from answering calls, training new employee and ensuring everyone was cared for. She made it look graceful. I loved how she much passion there was, efficient and easy to get along with. The only complaint is please update your service menu! I only booked because it said you offer Brazilian waxing but service is no longer offered due to space... but my nails are looking great!

First time here, I got the Deluxe pedicure with regular polish from Tatiana, and she was great. Very gently relaxing massage, I almost fell asleep in their comfy oversized chairs. Very fair pricing, and the salon is pretty.

I went in for a Russian French manicure with a manicure and pedicure appointment scheduled. I arrived at 1:30 PM and did not leave until almost 5:00 PM — and after nearly four hours, I only received the manicure. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was extremely poor. My cuticles were cut multiple times, every nail had a completely different shape, the filing was uneven, and the French manicure looked rushed and shaky. When I politely tried to explain that I simply wanted all my nails to have the same shape, communication became very uncomfortable, and I had to ask other employees to help communicate with her. What upset me most was the customer service afterward. I explained that I did not feel comfortable paying full price for a Russian manicure because the work did not meet that standard. They accepted partial payment, which I appreciated at the time. However, once I got to my car and looked closely at my nails in better lighting, I realized how bad they actually looked, so I went back inside and respectfully asked if they could please fix them. I was told they “didn’t have time” but they were taking walk-in customers, despite the fact that I had an appointment and had already spent almost four hours there. They then offered to reimburse me so I could go somewhere else to get my nails fixed. I understand that mistakes happen, and I have actually returned to this salon several times because I like the owner and the location is convenient for me. In the past, issues were corrected professionally. But today’s experience felt dismissive, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating — especially considering how expensive Russian manicures are. No customer should spend nearly four hours in a salon, leave unhappy with the quality, and then be told there’s no time to fix the work while walk-ins are being accepted. They always overbooked and have zero respect for costumers time. I believe the tech was very inexperience and I specifically asked another employee since I noticed how insecure and shaky my tech was. Honestly there are way too many establishments in Austin that would appreciate a loyal customer. I called another salon and send my photos and they immediately took me in and the owner herself fix it for me since the techs were booked.

First time visiting for a pedi and I will return! I prefer the comfy sofa chairs over traditional massage chairs. The foot bowl was slightly shallow but it did not ruin my experience. The best part was my tech Jen! She gave me a real foot/calf/knee massage with actual pressure. She understood what I wanted and delivered with high quality work. She also asked every few minutes if I was feeling any pain which I appreciate bc I’m nursing an injury from a previous pedi experience. I noticed they have charging pads next to their mani stations and I also appreciate the clean interior. I will return and highly recommend to a friend!
