Town & Country Market Shoreline

Top notch grocery, I haven't even shopped the whole store yet. But every department is impressive great produce, fresh seafood. Live tanks with crab and such. Bakery is mostly outside sourced, but fresh and well curated with great selections, gigantic salad bar, hot food bar, deli, pizza shop.. you name it. And it's all well done. Prices might be slightly higher than some other big chain grocers, but it's a on a another level. Can't even compare them really.

I have long considered Town & Country in Shoreline to be a top-of-the-line grocery destination, primarily because of the exceptional customer service that usually justifies the trip. Unfortunately, my experience today—the day before Mother’s Day—was a sharp and disappointing departure from those standards. I visited specifically to find a floral arrangement and ingredients for dinner. In the floral department, I noticed some of the arrangements were already wilting and petals falling off the flowers. When I politely asked a staff member if it was possible to replace the dying flowers with fresher ones, I was met with resistance and told, "That’s all we have." While I understand the holiday rush creates pressure, dismissing a request for quality on a major floral holiday is poor form. The lack of hospitality continued at the checkout stand. When I greeted the cashier and asked how she was doing, she was reluctant to respond, offering only a curt "okay" without a return greeting. Across the store, the staff seemed unfriendly and inattentive, treating simple questions as inconveniences. I choose to shop here because of the service experience, but today that value was nowhere to be found. Being busy is no excuse for losing the basic courtesy that defines this brand. With plenty of other local options available, I expect much better from a store of this caliber. I hope management takes this as a serious reminder that customer loyalty is earned through consistent service, especially during the busiest times.

A fun grocery shopping experience with kids because its like visiting a little aquarium. I love the variety of choices from Asian, Vegan, and gluten-free.

I love coming here for grocery shopping. I have never seen a grocery store this big and so well organized. Everything they sell here is fresh and some items are at a better price here compared to other grocery stores. I love the quality of food and veggies here. You can almost find everything you need here.
