Tracy Hoang, DO

I brought my mom to Dr. Hoang’s office for her first doctor’s appointment in over 10 years, and unfortunately, our experience with the nurse, Kenya, was extremely unpleasant. She asked us for the exact dates of my mom’s last doctor visit, vaccinations, and mammogram. We explained several times that it had been over 10 years and we genuinely did not remember the exact dates. Instead of being understanding, she responded very rudely and demanded, “No, I need the date!” She then proceeded to ask, “Why are you here?” in a way that made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand that nurses need to collect medical history, but there is a professional and respectful way to communicate with patients—especially someone who has not received medical care in many years and is coming in for a new patient appointment. The front desk staff were nice, and the clinic itself was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, the nurse’s attitude made what should have been a positive first visit into a very unpleasant experience for both my mom and me.

Dr. Hoang 👩🏻‍⚕️ is very thorough and nice primary care doctor. I was there for my annual physical check up and some immunization record certificates etc. Although it was a first time, she did it fairly quickly with a great care and easy instructions and explanations. I am very glad to find a very nice doctor like her in this area. It has a nice play space for kids near the entrance and the office is very nice! Will definitely go back there if something happens and this place has my recommendation. Thanks and Cheers Updated: I had to check in again and they did it right away for me! I’m so grateful! Yesterday, I had my first visit at this location for my annual physical, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Vanessa, who took the time to explain the entire process without any hesitation. Her warm demeanor immediately put me at ease. I was pleasantly surprised by the short wait time, which made the visit even more efficient. When it was time to see Dr. Hoang, I found her to be both succinct and comprehensive in her examination. She provided clear explanations for each step of the process and genuinely listened to my concerns. Dr. Hoang addressed all my questions with care and professionalism, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable throughout the appointment. Overall, I left feeling satisfied and confident in the care I received.

I'm HUGE on customer service! I'm very observant and I ask a lot of questions. What I appreciate most about Dr. Hoang's office is the environment and the care shown by her entire staff. The office and the restrooms are always neat and clean. The front office staff is friendly, professional and thorough. My husband and I have been patients for over 3 years now. The staff knows us by name when we arrive now. The nurses & medical assistance aren't as friendly but they are always professional and thorough. Dr. Hoang is thorough during her examinations and allows me to ask lots of questions to improve my health. I've never felt like she was rushing me to get to the next customer/patient. Most importantly she isn't a pill pusher. She gives me tips for lifestyle adjustments.

My insurance changed so I no longer have Dr Hoang as my PCP but I wanted to leave this review for future patients since we do often only see negative reviews on Google. First, the office is clean and well maintained, the front desk staff and nursing staff are very pleasant and efficient, I've never waited longer than 10 minutes to get to a room. Dr. Hoang herself is non-judgmental, friendly and takes her time to listen to your concerns. She is prompt in ordering tests and sending prescriptions to the pharmacy. Highly recommend.
