Today I was at the store on December 31. I am used to TJ staff being friendly with customers. However I noticed that the cashier Anna said Happy New Year to everyone in front of me in line and didn’t say anything to me. I know I didn’t say anything so I hope that she feels better soon.
My family loves Trader Joes. And we are VERY HAPPY to have TJs in Poway. The employees are all friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and clean. We shop at this TJs several times per week!

Very disappointed with my experience at Trader Joe’s. Despite my dog being a service animal, the staff denied us entry without even asking for documentation. This goes against the law and shows a complete lack of understanding regarding the rights of people with disabilities. I expected much more respect and awareness from a company like Trader Joe’s. I will not be returning.
