TRENDY NAIL SPA OPEN LATE TIL MIDNIGHT

I took my 4 year old in for mommy daughter mani pedis and they were amazing. Admittedly they weren't my first choice but that's mostly because there are dozens of nail places closer to my house but all of them were either closed or closing soon and I only get my nails done maybe once or twice a year so i was determined to make my poorly planned choice work. They had a very cute chair for her to sit in and they were very kind and gentle with her. They asked her about her color choices and even helped her pick out other colors for me when the ones I picked turned out to be almost empty. They listened when she casually said the water was hot and put some cool water in and made sure the temperature was OK before continuing. They got her a drink and even opened it and put a straw in it for her. She was very happy even telling the nail technician how it felt amazing when they were doing her pedicure and how she was really good at painting nails. I enjoyed watching her have a good time and I was happy the interaction was incredibly friendly. As for my nails, I opted to do a basic manicure which was done by the same technician who did my daughter's nails. She not only did amazing with my daughter and her nails but she did mine with the same level of care. I only got a basic nail polish but she made sure it looks good. Even though it is just a basic nail polish, I think they look very neat and very cute. She also kept an eye on what my daughter was saying and doing while working on my nails and would step away to help occasionally which i thought was very kind. I chose their signature pedicure and the technician who did that was gentle enough that it was relaxing but also efficient enough to make my normally rough and achy feet feel smooth and relieved of pain. At other salons I have gone to in the past, usually if a male technician does either my manicure or pedicure, the services are rougher and not as relaxing or I end up with a cut and generally I leave feeling like i payed too much for a service i wasn't quite happy with. but I honestly think this guy did the best pedicure I've ever had. I was also VERY pleased with their pricing. The salon i had first chosen was going to cost a base price of $115 for a kids mani pedi, my basic mani and deluxe pedi (which is like 1 step up from the basic one). At this salon, i was able to tip them 20% for the services and still only pay $107. I would absolutely drive out of my way to go here again without a second thought. I wish I had thought to ask the names of the technicians who did our nails so I could recognize them by name but unfortunately I did not. Either way, everyone there seems super friendly and I highly reccomended giving them a shot. I apologize for the photo lighting and quality. This salon is open late and I took the photos in the car with the lights on so the photos don't quite do justice to the quality. The only reason I didnt add any photos of our toes is because I personally dont like the way feet look in photos.

I am absolutely obsessed with this set! I had the best experience with Cindy, Lana, and Henry. Cindy started me off with a flawless pedicure—my feet haven't felt this soft or looked this clean in ages! Then, Lana and Henry worked their magic on the manicure. The precision on design of these Barbie-pink V-cut French tips is incredible, and the 3D floral accent is the perfect 'coquette' touch. It is such a relief to find a salon that stays open late and doesn't sacrifice quality for time. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming; they truly make you feel like a VIP. If you’re looking for a talented team that actually listens to what you want, go see Cindy, Lana, and Henry!

Almost too good to review!! 10/10 job by Lana!!! I just found this place online because they were open late and I was a little skeptical at first because typically with places that are open later you have to compromise on either the quality or pay a ridiculous price, but the quality and price of service here was unbelievable! Super friendly staff, great attention to detail and excellent customer service. I had a horrible previous pedicure from another nail salon and they took their time to fix it and give me exactly what I wanted. I will be back!!! ❤️❤️

I can’t recommend this place enough! Great atmosphere and kind, patient artists! I chose a more complicated design and the artists that was working with me did such a great job with it, and he was very patient and understanding when I decided to switch color. They are fantastic and really take their time to make sure they get it right! I was asked my opinion of my nails after each step and I really appreciated the open communication, he made sure my nails were exactly what I wanted and they turned out perfect! Their late hours were also a life saver, as we were only in town for an overnight and I had a nail break so I had to find a place fast before we flew out the next morning and this salon was the only one open late. So grateful I found them!

I recently got my nails done here, and I asked for a duck nail shape. While he was filing them, only three of my nails were actually shaped like duck nails, while the rest were square. I politely asked if he could fix them back to the shape I originally requested, and instead of correcting them, he aggressively grabbed my hand and cut the nails off he fixed the shape except for one. He then told me that because I wanted them short, the nails would lose their duck shape, which simply isn’t true. I’ve had duck nails this same length before without any issue. Moving on to the nail art it was obvious he rushed through it. The work was messy and poorly done. I’m not a perfectionist but this was unacceptable. I had stripes on four nails, and the polish was dripping down my nails. The stripes weren’t straight at all. I even kept the reference photo open on my phone in front of him the entire time so there would be no confusion about what I wanted. When I asked him to fix the stripes he rolled his eyes and said “Oh my gosh”which was incredibly unprofessional. On another nail I requested polka dots. None of the dots were circular they looked like they were carelessly slapped on and were extremely messy. I asked him to fix those as well and once again he became rude and aggressive. It honestly felt like he was only concerned with finishing my nails as quickly as possible rather than doing quality work. There was one nail where the design was so messy that I ended up covering it with a charm. I didn’t even ask him to fix it because by that point he had already been so rude that I just wanted to leave. All of my nails have noticeable bumps and one of them is still square instead of the duck shape I originally asked for. Overall the entire experience was terrible. He had an attitude the whole time, acted aggravated whenever I asked him to correct something and was aggressive while working on my hands. It was clear he was rushing through the appointment instead of taking pride in his work. My sister also got her nails done and all she requested was regular polish. Even her polish came out clumpy and uneven and it didn’t look clean at all. Like I said I’m not a perfectionist, but these nails weren’t even done well. Between the poor quality of the work, the rude attitude, and the unprofessional behavior, I definitely won’t be returning. Save your money and go somewhere else with better service.
