I had such a wonderful experience with Marissa! I actually found her through ChatGPT after asking for a recommendation for a stylist who truly specializes in long, precision haircuts—and it led me right to her by name. When I told Marissa that, we both had a good laugh! She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and carefully assess my hair before she ever started cutting. You can immediately tell she’s incredibly knowledgeable, well trained, and passionate about her craft. Her techniques were so impressive—from the dry cut to refining everything after washing and styling. She preserved my length while removing weight and seamlessly reconnecting my layers, and my hair now has beautiful movement without feeling heavy or “pyramid” shaped. What impressed me most was that every decision felt intentional. She wasn’t following a formula—she was creating a haircut specifically for my hair. If you have long hair and are looking for someone who truly understands precision cutting, Marissa is absolutely worth booking. I haven’t felt this happy with a haircut in years, and I finally feel like I’ve found my stylist!

After seeing Savannah on TikTok, I booked appointments for myself and my two teenage daughters. I hadn’t had a haircut in a long time because I’m very protective of my naturally red hair, which reaches my waist. For the past six years, I’ve been driving an hour and a half to another city to get it done, so choosing someone new felt like a big deal. I had strayed from my regular long time lady one time and it was a disaster and I vowed to never do that again so choosing Savanah was out of my comfort zone. I really appreciated how easy the salon made scheduling three appointments in a row. They were also understanding when I called the day before to ask about an opening for my second daughter which they accommodated. Parking in the back was easy, too. Savannah gave me one of the best haircuts of my life. She explained the products she was using as she went, thanked me several times for trusting her with my hair, and made the whole experience feel comfortable. There was no pressure to buy products, which I appreciated. We ended up choosing the salon’s shampoo and conditioner, and Savannah also recommended another product that was out of stock. It was our idea to ask about products and again, zero pressure. Savannah also made sure that we knew that if we needed anything “fixed” we could come back and if we scheduled our next appointment then we would get a free deep conditioning next time. We booked 3 more appts for 12 weeks out. We’ll definitely be lifelong customers. I can see why Savannah went viral!

Trinity was amazing! She thoroughly created a plan that was multi layered and displayed her wealth of knowledge. Watching her complete each step comforted me and relieved my anxiety, insuring me that I was with an extremely talented cut and color specialist. Trinity was engaging, warm hearted and patient. She took the time to master each step and explained everything as we proceeded through the 4 hour hair journey. I love my hair now!
