Trinity Nail Spa Fort Worth

Most of my experience has been great but the last time I went was awful. Lee is my favorite girl and I miss coming to see her but the last time I went a guy did my nails. I cant remember his name but it was the absolute worst experience I'd ever had at a nail salon. I hate sloppy, bulky nails. I like my nails neat and straight, shaped well. When I communicated this the guy got an attitude when I was telling him the nails were too big, too thick, too bulky. He got mad and walked off to i think go smoke bc he came back smelling like cigarette smoke. He started being rough and very unprofessional. I genuinely don't ask for much. I rarely get designs so you can't hide a bad set behind glitz and glam with me. He told me I was wrong about my nails and that set me off. They didn't make me pay for the nails but I did pay for my toes which is fine. They are all really sweet except for him. I left in actual tears, I was so mad. This was months ago and I finally found a person at another place I like. I wish I could bring Lee there with me. I went home and tried my best to shape and fix them so.... idk... everyone i showed said the same thing. They looked crazy. That said, if you go, ask for Lee

I can't say enough good things about Lilly! My always look absolutely beautiful, and the attention to detail is unmatched. She takes her time to make sure everything is perfect, and they always turn out even better than I imagined. She's so talented that I gladly drive 4 hours just to have her do my nails. That alone says everything about the quality of her work! If you're looking for someone who is professional, talented, and consistently delivers amazing results, Lilly is the one. I always leave feeling confident and obsessed with my nails. Highly recommend! Her and her staff are amazing

They did a pretty good job but i did not like the finishing! They did not paint my sides and with the amount i have spent, i felt like they should have done a little better job. However, maybe the service can be much better.

I have been coming here for years! Everyone is very sweet and I love how they do my nails! They always do a fabulous job and really “nailed” it with the shape of my nails my past sets. My pedicures have been super relaxing. I definitely recommend checking this place out. :)
