Sign in to reviewWe visited Tropical Garden expecting a relaxing hot tub experience, but unfortunately we left very disappointed. From the moment we arrived, the entrance felt unprofessional. There was no clear signage or direction, and no proper guidance on where to go. The staff member was on the phone when we walked in, and the overall welcome felt disorganized and uncomfortable. The facility itself looked average — not terrible, but definitely not very clean. We were told our room number, but there were no instructions. You basically operate the hot tub yourself without any explanation. The room was not ventilated and felt stuffy, which made it hard to relax. Cleanliness was also a serious concern. After turning on the hot tub, we noticed hair inside, which is unacceptable for a place that should prioritize hygiene. The price ($30 per person for one hour) is not the issue — it’s about the overall experience and lack of professionalism. It did not feel relaxing or worth the time. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and professional hot tub experience.

Updated the rooms to be more modern. Looks great since the remodel. Tub jets are adjustable and water temp was great.
It’s been years since I’ve visited this place, but they’ve remodeled! I have to say for the better!! Counter staff is what I remember it to be but their new tubs & aesthetics are 10/10! I’ll definitely be back 👏🏼😍
For $20, you definitely get an experience. Reviews saying “not tropical” are incorrect. The humidity levels in the room are incredibly authentic. The ventilation is sub par. First impression of the tub in one word: weathered. It makes loud grinding noises with the jets on, but if you block all the jets, it’ll stop, but the floor will start flooding. The lights are all dangling out of there socket. Don’t wanna spoil everything. Go here if you want to experience somewhere that is absolutely nothing more than one star. Clean bathrooms.
