Sign in to reviewTrueLine Auto Service in Chula Vista is awesome. I had lowering springs, struts, and shocks installed on my 2016 Scion tC, and I couldn’t be happier with the work. The mechanics are super knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain some helpful installation tips afterward, which I really appreciated. What I liked most is that they really go the extra mile to figure out what’s going on with your car and make sure everything is handled the right way. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely come back for any future car work. 10/10, highly recommend!
I would give even more stars if I could! I went to a cheap mechanic thinking I was getting a good deal but it was an absolute nightmare. The car kept swerving while driving so I took it in and upon inspection they immediately found the cause. I even contemplated selling the car but fortunately George and Marcos saved me from having to do so. The staff here are honest and provided excellent service. They even showed me the piece that was making my car swerve as much as it did! Turns out the mechanic welded a screw to make it fit rather than using a proper one. After the replaced it, the car drives perfectly!
After looking far and wide I was able to find a reliable and trusting shop that was able to align and get some other work done on my 66 galaxie. I think the gentleman in the front was named George and I appreciate him keeping me up to date every step of the way as they moved forward working on my car. Overall, I couldn’t be happier:)
I was introduced to Trueline automotive through a friend of mine. He told me to trust them, which I did, and as it turned out, they were able to diagnose the noise coming from the front of my car without having to sell me any suspension parts. I would highly recommend them. Amazing service, great communication, and a smart group of mechanics Thank you very much. I will be bringing my car to them for brakes in Alignment in the future.
I drove in after I got all new tires where they recommended I go to TrueLine Auto Service. True Line took me right in for grease review. After a through service and review they smiled, encourged regular oil changes and gave me back my keys. Thankfully, Jim Halvorson
