Exceptional Experience at Tune Up! Today my husband Aaron got his haircut at Tune Up, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Marilyn! From the moment we walked in, her customer service was beyond exceptional. The haircut was clean, sharp, and professional, but what really stood out was the experience. She washed his hair, wrapped a hot lavender towel around his face, and created such a relaxing atmosphere that even I felt relaxed just watching. She truly went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable. Ladies, if you’re looking for a thoughtful gift for the man in your life, treat him to the full Tune Up experience. The extra star is for the extremely kind, professional and enthusiastic barber beside Jennifer’s station that helped us book our same day appointment. Overall OKish experience- place is tidy, Jennifer’s scissoring and fade are good, her customer service is poor and was borderline rude with her “he has a bad cowlick” & “are you sure” comments after telling her what I wanted for my son-wish she would’ve edged up the temple area too but the service was off putting so I didn’t bother-or maybe she was just tired. I’m not a Barber but can tell when someone cares for their craft, today’s haircut fell short of a clean great looking cut, but will do for now!
