Sign in to reviewI had a great experience. My insurance wasn't the best and didn't cover what I needed done and instead of just doing what my insurance paid he went ahead and did the full fillings. He also did a complete cleaning and they always call me when it's time to do routine maintenance on my teeth. If you need a long term dentist that treats you good I recommend these guys. Plus the staff is very nice and pleasant to be around.
Dentists are great. Scheduling appointments is a mess. On two different appointments. I was given an appointment 4 months out and even received a text confirming the appointment. When I arrived there was no record of the appointment and Sonya, manager, who gave me the appointment said the system they use must have a problem and offered me an appointment 37 days out so I was canceled today. Not acceptable. Om my previous appointment, being on a 6 month cleaning schedule, Sonya could not schedule me 6 months out as the scheduling system would NOT ALLOW 6 months out, so I would need to call in for the appointment in 3 months. I did this. When I called in to get that appointment she could not put me into the schedule for 3 more months meaning it would be 9 months between cleanings that went against their own dentists schedule for me. Conclusion: there is no guarantee if this dentist schedules you for an appointment that you will get it, even after they send you a text and you confirm by text. No way to run a business as patients time is valuable also. DR, Fahmy has put patients second to a scheduling system that does not work and his office management is very aware of the problems. I was given an appointment for February over 30 days out from when I was scheduled. No other dates were open and the manager Sonya said there was nothing she could do, it was the system. So, I called in to confirm the new appointment 3 weeks later and was told that appointment was not available. This scheduling appointment system is a mess and I'd recommend not giving this office any business.
