Sign in to reviewDr. Nguyen is amazing! I was visiting California from out of town when my crown fell out, and it was honestly a nightmare—my tooth was super sensitive and painful. I was stressed and just needed someone to help. Dr. Nguyen was so kind and managed to fit me in even though she was really busy. She took amazing care of me and got a temporary crown in quickly. I’m so grateful I found her. Highly recommend if you ever need a dentist who truly cares.
I usually hate going to see the dentist but that feeling changed after seeing Dr. Nguyen. She is the absolute best along with her staff! Everyone was so very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I have work throughout the week so it was hard trying to find a dental office that is open on the weekend. Luckily for me this office takes appointments on Saturdays. I had 4 fillings done and Dr. Nguyen did an amazing job making my procedure as comfortable as possible and I could tell she takes great pride in her work. She also fixed my chipped front tooth the same day, and it looks like it never happened.
I did not have a good experience here personally. The front office staff were very rude when I called just for an update on a prior auth. They wanted me to pay $175 as a copay when I have Denti-cal and no job? So why would i have a copay? Called Denti-cal and they told me I did not have a copay with them because I have no income on file so they would not charge me anything to get what I needed done. Asked me to come in early at 9 when my appointment was scheduled for 10 waited 45 min in the lobby just to have the doctor look at me for 3 min top. Went there at 9 and didn’t leave till almost 11 majority of that time waiting that’s ridiculous for a dentist visit that you asked me to come in early for. The ONLY good thing from my first appointment with them was the lady doing my X-rays she was kind. Ended up switching to a different doctors office with a much better experience. Cancelled my prior authorization with them and got it approved somewhere else with NO copay crazy right??! Will never recommend them to anyone unless you want to be unnecessarily charged for unknown services.
Dr Nguyen is just amazing! She is always hearing me out to any problem or concerns that i have with my teeth. Great, friendly, and super nice staff, Liz is an amazing receptionist, always greets me with a friendly and positive smile! Thank you for your amazing work.
Have you ever used Photoshop? I just got one of my teeth "clone tooled" in real life! I had this pesky chip in one of my front teeth for over a decade that Dr. Elizabeth filled, which now looks as though nothing was ever there! I'm still in disbelief with the results. In addition to performing miracles with her cosmetic procedures, she and her team do an amazing job with everything else, too. They are all so patient, professional, thoughtful and take great care making me feel comfy and at home. One can even watch TV while laying in the chair - how cool is that? Dr. Elizabeth is most definitely a master at her craft and has set high standards. Every time I leave I feel like several million bucks, which makes me look forward to coming back! Who knew going to see the dentist would make one feel this way? Thank you so much again, Dr. Elizabeth and team, for my great smile!
