I asked for my nails to be removed because I didn’t like them, and the male technician became irritated. He was aggressive while filing and actually filed my nail bed until my finger was raw and painful. The experience was uncomfortable and careless. No client should leave injured because they spoke up about a service. I also had to pay $20 for his “time” which I felt I shouldn’t have when my nails were not looking great.
My daughter and I went for pedicures, they asked my daughter which pedicure she wanted didn’t even ask me just gave me the same one she chose. Then they rushed did not do anything the way it was supposed to be done. The male that was doing mine hurt me and cut a chunk out of my big toe, cut on another toe as well but the big toe was worse. Did not make my heals smooth at all. My daughter and I were the first ones there they had no read to rush and hurt us no one else was waiting at all. I would not recommend this place for anyone to do anything. HORRIBLE SERVICE. My toe is still hurting 3 days after and looks like it is getting infected. They need to shut this place down for service like this. Doesn’t even deserve one star

Absolutely horrific. I rarely do anything for myself and work hard, nobody should be shuffled in by a car pool of late people from a filthy parking lot and man handled the way I was. Refusing to do the color I want was the least of my problems! My polish so poorly cleaned it's coming through the edges of my powder dip, never instructed me to go wash, electric drill injuries all over my skin, the man pinched my fingers so hard they all were stinging from numbness. Go anywhere but here unless you are desperate like I was
Horrible ! I went with my mom we both wanted pedicures they charged me $55 and they wanted to charge her $65 for the exact same thing the last who did my nails last week was rushing so bad my nails have already fallen off it’s only been 1 week and I paid $70 for a simple French she didn’t even add a bottom color she rushed so bad !!
