Wow! This place was absolutely AMAZING. Worth every penny. I was sore from an accident and called to book something more personalized, spoke with Rachel who was phenomenal. She helped me go over everything I needed and explained everything. Day of, I couldn’t find any parking and was so stressed I called to let them know I was going to be late. Rachel, without prompt, immediately found a solution and helped me park, then offered a hug because, well if you’ve ever tried parking downtown, you know. It’s so stressful and I was in tears starting to hit 8 min late for my appointment due to it. She helped me calm down, exhale find a solution and get me ready to relax and that to me is the ultimate guest care. This place GENUINELY wants you to enjoy every minute. Then she showed me around, got the lounge ready for me, which if you are debating if booking a private lounge, do it. It is worth it!!! I felt like royalty! She brought me water, & hot tea after my bath while I was relaxing before my facial. She just made me feel so pampered. Then my facial. Oh my god. The facial. Kristy was AMAZING. She is so personable and kind. Talked to me about all my skin concerns addressed everything and I am leaving feeling better then ever. I have some great tips and I will absolutely be back. If you are thinking of booking this place, do it, you will not regret it. Truly thank you to all the staff at Udånder, thank you Rachel and Kristy, you made my experience amazing and I’m leaving feeling, happy, relaxed, pampered and I will absolutely be back!! 💕💕💕

I was pretty disappointed by my experience here. For something advertised as a luxury spa experience, it felt very low grade. The lounge area is not open to anyone using the spa, only for those using the steam or sauna. Most spas have a quiet area where you can relax and enjoy a flavored water in silence. I love that. There was no locker; so if you have multiple services, you’re lugging stuff with you in a basket. The spa towels are not size inclusive for a 2xl body. The only drink offered was water in a paper cup. The shoes did not fit and squeaked very loudly. The massage was lovely but the facial did not use steam as most places do. If you’re looking for the spa experience and not just a massage it’s best to go elsewhere.

My wife and I have been long time monthly patrons at Udander! Their entire team is warm, welcoming, relaxing, and fantastic! The BEST massages and atmosphere in OKC! Schedule time in the sauna and steam either before or after your massage and you’ll leave feeling lighter and ready for anything!
