Salon- From a 7-year-old's perspective, it's a great place to relax after a hard day of summer playing & swimming! Getting your hair done and getting a nap in is a win-win. 😂 From a mom's perspective, the salon team was absolutely wonderful! The team did a great job working together to cut my daughter's hair.
Adriana at the Ulta Beauty Salon in Pasadena-did an amazing job on my treatment, cut, and blowout! I love how she really listens to what you want and gives awesome suggestions that actually help. She removed my dry, uneven ends while keeping my length and adding soft layers. My hair feels so much healthier, smoother, and full of life. I can’t find the survey on my receipt so I’ll just put it here! Adrian (idk how to spell it) the freelancer from Tarte and Hannah (again with spelling) were the absolute best and honestly SO efficient. This is the best color match I’ve ever had in my LIFE and they were so kind. 10/10, best associates and location. I will only be shopping with them or Elizabeth from now on. 💖
Went to return two items, was not welcomed into the store and cashier was distracted by manager interrupting her asking her questions about drawers under the cash register (seems unprofessional). Apart from that, be mindful that gently used to them means 90% of the product has to remain even though it doesn’t state a percentage anywhere in their return policy. Overall probably won’t be shopping at ulta agin.
