Have you ever walked into a clothing store and immediately felt welcomed, supported, and guided without having to wander around looking for help? That was exactly our experience at UNIQLO in Parks Mall at Arlington. We were lucky to meet Leen, a bright and thoughtful associate who made our shopping experience truly special. She was attentive, kind, and helpful without being pushy. Honestly, I wish there were more associates like Leen throughout the store because she made the experience feel easy, personal, and enjoyable. I also have one humble request for the management team. The large kimono-style uniforms the employees are wearing look unique, but they seem to limit movement a bit. Since the team is constantly walking, folding, assisting customers, and providing great service, a more practical uniform might help them move more comfortably and serve customers even better. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at UNIQLO. Great customer service, welcoming environment, and a special thank you to Leen for making our visit memorable. Keep it up!

Yesterday (Saturday, May 30th), I visited the store with my son and husband. My son was so impressed by Uniqlo’s designs and excellent fabrics that we ended up purchasing over $500 worth of items. I hadn't even thought about a membership, but the cashier asked me if I had one. I replied that I didn't and asked, "How do I sign up?" The cashier told me it was already too late to join. We were right in the middle of the checkout process at that moment; surely, there must have been a way to briefly put the transaction on hold—or cancel and restart it—to allow me to sign up. Today, May 31st, I signed up for the membership via the app, and—lo and behold—I was immediately issued a discount coupon. I have a question for the Korean cashier who asked me if I was Korean: Did I ask you if I was eligible for a *discount*? I asked you about *signing up for a membership*. Do you really think someone capable of paying over $500 in cash would be asking about a membership just because they were desperate for a $10 discount? Your handling of the situation your customer service was far inferior to the quality of Uniqlo’s fabrics. You aren't just selling the Uniqlo brand you’ve effectively reduced yourself to someone peddling something cheap and worthless. Is that really how you intend to define your own professional worth? If you take such pride in being Korean that you prefer to speak in our native tongue, then please for the sake of other customers—make sure you provide the absolute best service you can. Do so to ensure that other Koreans won't have to feel embarrassed to share the same nationality as you. Do you understand? I expect I’ll be visiting that store frequently in the future, and I look forward to receiving better service next time. The star rating I’m giving today is a tribute to Uniqlo itself for providing such excellent products at such great prices.

I loved my experience at Uniqlo! The store was clean and organized and all the staff were incredibly friendly. We got help from Patty, who was the sweetest and most helpful employee ever! We are so grateful for Patty’s help. :)

I love how simple uniqlo is. it doesn't try to be anything it isn't. the prices are also reasonable as well. in a world full of polyester and spandex, uniqlo is like none other. the materials are always high quality; wool, linen, cotton, etc. and the clothing is always comfortable and breathable.

I am so happy we have a local Uniqlo now! All of the staff is very friendly and available. The door giveaways are amazing and high quality. So so happy! The clothing is the same quality as the outfits I got in Japan. Don’t underestimate the puffy jackets. They are light weight and be folded up into a small space. But will keep you very very warm. It’s my favorite jacket.
