I walked in, was greeted and seated. Colin was very patient and caring while perfecting my gel pedicure with acrylic big toes and cat eye. Sam deserves all of the praise he gets in the reviews. He truly is amazing. Very knowledgeable and understanding. He did a phenomenal job on my gel manicure with cat eye. I knew I was going to love my nails before he even shaped them. He works quickly while still paying attention to detail, I didn’t have to critique him at all. He truly is the only man that makes me happy!😂😂 Jenny was so sweet and did beautifully on my brows. I really appreciate each of them. If you are thinking about coming here, stop thinking and just go. You’ll be back and so will I. This is now my go-to spot in Atlanta. I had such an amazing experience at Unique Nails with Jay! Jay did my nails and feet, and everything turned out absolutely beautiful. From start to finish, the service was top-tier — so much care, attention to detail, and kindness. Jay made the whole experience relaxing, fun, and truly special. The customer service was excellent, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. If you’re going to Unique Nails, definitely ask for Jay — you won’t be disappointed!

Very nice nail shop, friendly with good customer service. Sam did an excellent job on my nails, he was clean, gentle and fast! My pedicure was pleasant as well, I got the lemon one. I love how they add natural and good quality ingredients added to their pedicures, Thank you Unique Nails.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Unique Nails and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business. I spent over $150 for Gel-X nails and a pedicure before leaving for a trip. I expected that, especially at that price point, my nails would last at least two weeks. Instead, within about a week, the Gel-X nails began coming off one by one. They didn’t even last the duration of my trip. When I returned home, I called Unique Nails to explain what happened and give them an opportunity to address the issue. What disappointed me even more than the nails was the response I received. I was essentially told that there was nothing they would do about it, and when I mentioned leaving a review, I was told I could write whatever review I wanted. There was no offer to look at my nails, determine what may have gone wrong, repair them, provide a partial credit, or make any attempt to resolve the situation. For a customer to spend over $100 on a set of Gel-X nails that doesn't even last two weeks is unacceptable and feels like a complete ripoff. But poor workmanship can happen—the bigger issue for me is how a business responds when a customer brings a legitimate concern to their attention. Atlanta has a huge nail market with customers who regularly spend significant money maintaining their nails. That should not mean customers are disposable or that concerns about the quality of service can simply be dismissed because another customer will walk through the door. Good customer service is not just about taking someone's money when they sit in your chair; it's also about standing behind your work when something goes wrong. Unique Nails had an opportunity to at least hear my concern and try to make things right, and they chose not to. Based on both the quality of the Gel-X service I received and the way my concern was handled afterward, I will not be returning to Unique Nails, and I cannot recommend them to others.
