Outstanding customer service. I had no wait time for my nails. Was offered drinks of my kinds but settled on water. I left very satisfied and pleased with my nail color and styles. The owner stopped by my station to make sure I was well taken care of. I will recommend to others and I will definitely return for other services.

If I could leave zero starts for this place I would. Horrible service, felt like I could’ve done better at home. All I wanted was a simple manicure and pedicure, but they couldn’t even do that properly. The lady helping me couldn’t be more interested in her surroundings. I brought to multiple people’s attention that there was paint all over my hands and they seemed to be upset that I wanted it fixed. My nails looked better before I came here. Don’t recommend coming here, and I certainly will never be back again.

If there were an option to leave zero stars, I would. Over the past four years, I have visited this salon approximately six times, hoping each visit would be better than the last. Unfortunately, today’s appointment confirmed that I will never return. I want to begin by recognizing Cathy, who was the one bright spot in my experience. She was warm, professional, attentive, and provided an excellent pedicure. She is a credit to this business. Unfortunately, the remainder of my visit fell far below even basic professional standards. The technician who completed my gel full set delivered the poorest nail service I have ever received. My nails are noticeably uneven, misshapen, excessively thick, and overloaded with product, resulting in an unnatural appearance. To make matters worse, he finished the service without explaining that I needed to remove the oil from my hands, leaving me confused about whether the appointment had actually concluded. Rather than focusing on the quality of his work, much of our conversation centered on economic hardship and corruption in Vietnam, which left me feeling uncomfortable and, frankly, as though I was being encouraged to leave a larger tip out of sympathy rather than because of the quality of the service. The checkout experience was equally disappointing. The woman at the front desk has been consistently unfriendly during multiple visits over the years, and today was no exception. I complimented her outfit, yet she barely acknowledged the compliment or even made eye contact. When I politely asked for clarification about the charges on my receipt, her response came across as dismissive and impatient. Customer service should never make a paying client feel like an inconvenience. Equally concerning is the condition of the salon itself. The furniture and equipment have become noticeably worn, dated, and poorly maintained. For a business located in Viridian—a community known for its quality and standards—the overall environment no longer reflects the level of professionalism one would reasonably expect. I value businesses that appreciate their customers, take pride in their craftsmanship, invest in their facilities, and understand that exceptional service is what earns loyalty. I have given this salon multiple opportunities over several years, hoping my experience would improve. Instead, it has steadily declined. This visit was my final one. I cannot recommend this salon, and I will gladly take my business to an establishment that values professionalism, skilled workmanship, and customer care.
