Both ladies doing my pedicure and manicure had an attitude from the beginning and from just this alone won’t be going back. Having to sit while they look like they hate their life doesn’t make it a welcoming experience. Next, they don’t have gel colors that match their regular color counterpart. They kept trying to force me to choose from certain colors and then another lady 15 minutes later brought me more colors when the lady doing my manicure started putting on a color I didn’t even ask for. And both my pedicure and manicure are poorly done. Nails are not the same length. One of my toe nails is curved while the other is straight. My gel nail polish is painted onto my skin. My finger nail shapes aren’t the same size and uneven paint job. It looks like I did it myself. Won’t ever be coming back here

I want to preface with, I have been here before for a pedicure and absolutely loved my experience. But today was just not great. I Requested regular polish for a manicure at $45, I guess she decided to do gel without even asking if I wanted to upgrade to that? (Which I find curious because the girl beside me requested gel and we were handed two completely different color books. The one she was looking through is one I have previously had when I was getting gel) So I was charged $55 for gel. When I brought up that I requested regular polish it was an huge ordeal. They did end up taking it back down to $45, which I appreciate but also… that’s what I asked for? They added an additional $5 for a “special shape”, and the shaping of my nails is absolutely horrible. Not a single nail looks like another. My right hand is significantly shorter than my left and every single nail looks different. Not to mention a couple nails already need a fill and I just walked out…. I still tipped 20% because I felt like I caused a scene when I was checking out because of the gel debacle, but I don’t think I will be coming back here. Which sucks because I live right by this place.

Kevin did my nails today and i had a horrible experience it took two hours of shaping and they weren’t even the shape that I asked for they’re all different shapes and lengths it looks like a steam roller was taken over them there’s dents all in my thumbs and small particles of things stuck in the nail polish one of them is crooked. I even showed a picture of exactly what I wanted and it wasn’t the correct color or shape after I repeated myself multiple times and he brushed me off like he said he knew he was doing the right thing. Absolutely not worth $75 will not be coming back negative reviews

Although the staff was friendly, this is the worst builder gel service I’ve ever received. Three of my nails needed to be touched up after a few short days, so I gave them the opportunity to make it right. Unfortunately, it made my nails look even worse as you can see how poorly the paint was applied to my nails-coats are uneven, streaky, and I have glue all underneath them. I highly advise the techs to either slow down or get proper training.

If you’re getting your nails done here, sure listen to your music vibe but please make sure what they are doing!!!!!!! because whoever did my manicure did not clean my nails, put acrylic nails that didn’t even fit my nails. She got offended so she took them off. After she applied and was almost done, I checked them out and realized my cuticles were dry annd popping out of the nails, and the nails are still disgusting. So she manicured my hadds and this is the end result. Good luck don’t recommend
