Urban Center Market

I’m here at the Omni resort hotel and I did not have high hopes for distilled water but this market has those distilled water also has hairspray barbecue and a cool looking Cajun restaurant that smelled outstanding different various wine selections and beer and it was pretty clean. definitely gonna go there tonight or whenever I’m around.

HAD to give a review - even in the snowmageddon of 2026 they were still open with lots of food and supplies!!! The ladies who work here are so sweet and always helpful. The best part is I can just walk over from my apartment!!! 10/10

It is a fantastic one stop destination! The supermarket offers a great variety of fresh produce, groceries, and household essentials at reasonable prices. What makes it even better is their delicious takeout service fresh, flavorful, and perfect for a quick meal on the go. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended for both grocery shopping and tasty takeout options.

Young women with thick Asian accents answer the phone on every line even for customer complaints. They have no urgency about helping. Their entire tone and attitude is lazy. I ask do you have a particular muscle cream. The lady asks me to repeat myself 5 times just playing a game about it. I ask for manager I am told no manager is ever available including store manager. This is 2 days in a row that this terrible disservice continues. You lost a customer. I will go to the real Central Market in Dalkas where they deliver real customer service and high quality muscle cream.

The guys who own and work this store are some of the friendliest people in Las Colinas. Every time I walk in there, I'm treated like a human being, and they make life far more convenient supplying the basics and more! As for the reviews regarding the service dog and the blind gentleman: they’re embellishments of the truth. The gentleman was kindly asked not to bring his dog into the store because the dog was not wearing anything to indicate labeled it was a service animal. The dog was also being carried, which raises reasonable cause for skepticism about the dog’s service status. Nobody yelled. The gentleman was upset the owners were keeping their other customers in mind when he was asked to come back without the dog, so he told his friends waiting outside to also write bad reviews.
