I love Urban Nails. It has a very different vibe than most nail salons. Fresh, young, friendly, respectful of your time, very professional. Customers feel valued unlike many salons where you feel like it’s a burden to the staff to perform the services you are paying for. This is truly a different, customer-centered place. And the white wine is a nice blend. Ask for Kae. She is a powder expert.

They are phenomenal, professional, excellent customer service, excellent massage and very gentle. Love Urban Nail Bar! I come to see Lilly everytime! She takes her time and does a phenomenal job. Everyone here is so helpful and is always willing to make accommodations. They always decorate for holidays, have random gift give aways, and spoil you for your bday. They gave me this pink tumbler for Christmas! Come and get treated like a princess or prince!

She's been doing this since childhood, and it shows — the woman is a true pro. I always joke that she's got a doctorate in this craft, and I'm only half kidding. But it's not just Lilly. The whole place has a warmth to it. I walk in and everyone greets me. They're friendly, they smile, and they thank me on the way out. It's the kind of welcome that makes you want to come back — and I do. If you're looking for a nail salon in North Dallas, do yourself a favor and visit the urban Nail Bar in Addison on beltline and ask for Lilly. You won't go anywhere else either.

I can’t recommend this nail salon enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and relaxing. The staff is so friendly and attentive, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. My nails came out absolutely flawless—shaped perfectly, smooth, and polished to perfection. They also have a great selection of colors and the attention to detail is unmatched — I always get a different design and they can do them all. This is hands down the best nail salon in Addison, and I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!
