V Refine Nails

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to speak on my experience especially since this was meant to be a birthday treat using a gift certificate. I came in wanting a classic acrylic black French tip, but was talked into dip instead. I’ve had dip before and trusted that it would still turn out well. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing. The nails are streaky, bumpy, and textured in a way that looks unprofessional. The black French tip is uneven, bleeding into the pink base, making the entire nail look muddy and discolored. None of the nails match in shape, and the overall finish is sloppy. What was supposed to be a fun and pampering experience for my birthday turned into a major letdown. I left feeling embarrassed and upset not the way anyone should feel after getting their nails done. I genuinely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should walk out feeling this way, especially after spending money (or in this case, someone else’s thoughtful gift) on a service that should have felt special. The lady who did my nails was very sweet but I just can’t believe they let me pay for these and I am not comfortable with confrontation and I did not have time to get them fixed and I was scared getting them fixed would have the same result. I used to come years ago and never had this problem and it was has been over two years since I last got my nails done so this is so disappointing.

Came here on 9/19/ 25 to get a pedicure and gel manicure. I use to come to this shop before about 2 years ago but had an incident with tech not being able to do my gel set properly and plus I had moved away. I happened to be on this side …

T gives amazing service. I had a gel toenail polish change and an SNS manicure. I asked to be done in an hour and he was done with 5 mins to spare. I am very happy with my manicure it's absolutely lovely. He really took his time on my cuticles. T promised me he can take off SNS for the polish change in 10 mins. Gonna test that out next time. Go see if this is true and let me know.

Service was amazing from the pedicure experience to the rejuvenating much needed manicure, staff was very friendly and patient, if you’re in search for a family feel then here is where you need to be!

Sandy and Sky tagged teamed me and gave me an amazing manicure and pedicure at the same time so I could get both done and still make my flight! She even managed to put my company logo on my nails for an event I have this weekend!
