The dishes mentioned by diners give a useful sense of what you might find: savory chicken bowls, vegetable sides and fruit-forward drinks. Reviews praise the smoothies and freshness, while other customers say some bowls lacked flavor or arrived with missing ingredients, dry or burnt components, or sauce left out of an order. These accounts point to different experiences, rather than a guarantee that every visit or order will be the same. If you have a preference about seasoning, substitutions or a particular ingredient, it may help to confirm your order when placing it. Delivery reviews also mention order accuracy, so checking the items you receive is sensible.
The business has a 4.6 rating from 1,908 reviews, alongside both enthusiastic and critical feedback. That combination can help set expectations: some customers return for smoothies and fresh-tasting food, while others report problems with preparation and consistency. Vale Healthy Kitchen - Tampa may suit people seeking a health-focused meal, a bowl with vegetables and protein, or a smoothie during a downtown workday or weekend outing. It may also be worth considering if you want to explore a menu beyond conventional fast food, while keeping in mind that reviews describe variable flavor and execution. Not only is the order obviously not correct, it appears as if they found some old meals no one wanted. The meat pictured is so insanely old and dry, it looks like it's from a week ago. This isn't even remotely edible. I've never tried this place and I'm flabbergasted that the reviews are good. I was so hungry that I would've tried to eat this despite it not even being close to what I ordered, but it's genuinely not fit for human consumption. I get that places have off days. But the fact that they felt comfortable trying to give food away that was so obviously very old, and not safe to eat, is too egregious to risk. You should avoid this place at all costs
The bowl I ordered had absolutely zero flavor. The Mediterranean chicken was bland, the sweet potato noodles had no flavor and didn’t look like sweet potato noodles. The pickled onions with soaked in straight vinegar. The sweet potato itself was dry. The Brussel sprouts were the only thing seasoned. I paid for an extra vinaigrette and it wasn’t in the bag. Threw 3/4of the bowl away and the only reason I ate what I did was there wasn’t another option available. Terrible food
Really liked this place! This was my second time coming. First time was random, but I came back to actually try it outand it didn’t disappoint. The smoothies are great. I got the pitaya smoothie and it was super good. A little pricey, but you can tell everything’s fresh so it makes sense. The food was solid too. I ordered a breakfast burrito, and since they were out of steak, Eric offered to swap in chicken. He was really nice about it, and the burrito ended up being fresh, filling, and tasty. The place itself is clean and has a nice vibe. Only thing was no coffee because their machine was down, but they let me know right away so it wasn’t a big deal. Definitely a good spot if you want something quick and fresh.
I ordered through uber and I don’t know if it was because it was later in the night but that was genuinely one of the worst bowls I’ve eaten. I ordered avocado none was on the bowl, I also ordered sweet potatoes and received 2 burnt bites, and the brussel sprouts were burnt. I received no sauce that I ordered on the side. Mac and cheese looked old and was flavorless.
Don't waste your money on this low grade, low quality, let alone say this is even food, its not edible. They should be ashmed to even serve this to anyone. With all the other options available in the area, id rather have spent my money anywhere else. I wouldn't even feel good giving this away to a homeless person. Couldn't even eat this based on the smell...
