Sign in to reviewDO NOT GO HERE !!! I have been going to this nail salon on and off for many years. I have witnessed a few things, but had never experienced something myself. Today I had the owner humiliate me and slander my name and harass me. I am expecting them to refund me the payment I made today or I will purse legal action. Their nail tech was shown a photos the type of French nails that I wanted and she proceeded. Upon attempting the design … she wasn’t unable to. So they wanted me to wait another 30 minutes for the owner to finish doing lashes … so she can fix my nails. I expressed that I did not have time and asked if someone could just paint a color and I could come back at some other time because I needed the French tip. They kind of ignored me and no one said anything. I kept asking until they had them just throw on a color. I agree to pay for my toes which looked great, but the owner started yelling at me and making a fuss for which I said if you don’t want me to pay for my toes I will leave and pay later when I come to get them fixed. She proceeded to block me from exiting the door and started screaming outside saying help help someone call the cops she’s leaving without paying. It was like a scene out of a movie. I started recording everything and people got involved eventually and a younger employee which I believe was the daughter came outside and said for me to just pay for my toes and I said I would as long as the owner lady went inside and stopped harassing and screaming at me… Extremely embarrassing and dehumanizing experience. Before I left the scene I got witness phone numbers and I have my own recordings. Completely unprofessional. But I know my dealings. I will not be going back here and my referrals will also stop being clients. Below is a photo of the nails they “fixed enough” for me to be satisfied. Which is why I didn’t want to pay.
I was gonna write about the bad experiencei had but at the end of the day. The issue is when I'm sat at the pedicure spot I shouldn't have someone on Instagram messages pointing a video at me. SUPER weird.
Yesterday I went to look for a nail place the ladies are nice but a young guy did my pedicure & he cut me he said sorry & I was bleeding & he put my feet in water instead of putting alcohol on it. I told him to put alcohol. & Now my toe hurts I don't know who is the owner there. But he needs to be more careful. I'm not coming back I got charge $57 for feet & nails for fill. & Today when I woke up one my nails Chip. I don't want to come back to get it fix. It's hard to find parking. Just for that. I was disappointed about my toe.
they always have new colors , Lots of color to choose from. They are very friendly and does a very good job. My friends and I went to get our nails done and they all turn out amazing. Van can do any design you can think of!
I have been going here for many years. The nail work and artistry is good. They are a busy salon with manicures, pedicures, and a variety of products for your acrylic, gel, etc.. needs. My manicurist us always willing to do designs I want and art on my nails. Very affordable with quality is always a plus. The best thing is that they never rush you on time, no matter when your appointment is. And have flexibility in their availability in the evenings as well.
