Amazing experience for manicure and pedicure and the neck and shoulder massage with Linda was super relaxed and professional. The place is very clean with fancy seats and luxury fixture lights and furniture details.

Evelyn is so sweet and my nails came out absolutely perfect. I have very small nail beds which are very difficult to work with. She made me feel heard and understood exactly what I was asking for. 10/10, I will definitely be returning.

EDIT (7/13/26): I will not be coming back to this place. I have had several issues with my service here, and I have tried to give them multiple chances, but my nail completely popping off is where I draw the line. I had Tim last week and I questioned him on not using bass gel before doing my builder gel refill and he said “well everybody has their way of doing it”. I have never had anyone there not put base gel on before they did my builder gel. Six days later, my thumbnail breaks and pops completely off (new pictures added with the broken nail and the repair I did). This is the first time that I’ve had this happen and it was only after Tim did my nails with no base gel. Luckily it didn’t rip my actual nail completely off, but it did break my nail so now I have to cut all of my nails short to match it. I did not like his comments when I was telling him how I wanted my French tip done. His response to me being specific was “well thank you so much for telling me exactly how you want it done“ but I could tell there was a snarky undertone. He also was coughing up a storm and I had to ask him to either give me a mask or him wear a mask. He said it was because of the dust from filing the nails, which I completely understand, but why on earth do I need to tell you to wear a mask and not keep coughing all around me? I have had my thumbnail on my other hand continuously have issues with lifting and each nail tech would take a shortcut route to fix it instead of just removing the whole nails builder gel. I could’ve came in and asked for my nail to be fixed and repaired, but I just fixed it myself because I genuinely don’t want to go back there. The last time I had a bad experience was with Wendy back in March and I felt like I wanted to cry on my birthday because my concerns weren’t being taken seriously. On top of all of this, what is the point of specifying who I want an appointment with if I come in and that person is not even working that day? Y’all need to do better about knowing who is listed on your website and if they’re even working that day, because that’s how I got stuck with Tim, who gave me a horrible service. I won’t sit here and try to list every single issue I’ve had, but this last visit was absolutely the nail in the coffin for me (no pun intended). Clearly they don’t want my business so I will take it somewhere else. (Old review from 2 months ago) I’ve been trying to love this place but I’m not sure I will be returning. I typically do the French tip at home myself but I decided to just let them do it at the nail shop today. It always feels like they’re in a rush. The lady cut my skin twice with the drill and kept putting alcohol on it! There was also a nail stuck until the gel on one of my nails that I didn’t notice until I got home. I filed it done and fixed it myself. I always leave with gel on my skin and on the side wall of my nails that I have to scratch/peel off when I get home. Then the top coat always looks uneven, with bumps or spots missing polish. Not to mentioned I’ve had an issue with this thumb nail lifting for MONTHS. Every time I address it, it’s not taken seriously. I’ve asked for all the builder gel to be replaced and it’s always filled instead. I don’t know, I just don’t feel like I should have to do all these touch ups at home. The people are nice but I’m not sure I’m satisfied here. The guy at the front did give me 15% off my service so I appreciate that. I just hate that I have cuts not because I work in a field that requires frequent hand sanitizing so now my fingers are gonna sting while I’m at work.

I had such a wonderful experience at Ventana Nail Spa! Annie took amazing care of me from start to finish. I’ve passed by this salon many times but never walked in so today I finally decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. The space is absolutely immaculate and beautifully designed. They even have a full bar, which adds to the pure luxury vibe. The chairs were incredibly comfortable, making the whole visit extra relaxing. Annie did a fantastic job on my pedicure, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary cuticle oil as well. This is definitely my new go-to nail spa. I’ll absolutely be coming back! I came back again and Evelyn did amazing job on my hands!
