I came here for a toe/foot service and a refill on my pink acrylic set, and I had a terrible experience. The salon was slow, dirty, and I even saw a flying roach. The lady who did my nail refill completely messed up my nails. They were perfectly straight and square before I came in, but now they’re crooked. She was also very rough and bossy, constantly pushing my hands around in the chair instead of being careful. On top of that, my nails are already chipping, hasn’t even been a full 24 hours I would not EVER recommend this salon. Save your money and go somewhere else.
What I asked for compared to what I got. I thought I had finally found someone that had good consistency in their work, but to was a doozy! I even took off my own three remaining nails and they stated they didn’t charge to take off, umm! Very disappointing.
Cindy came through with the nails and the great customer service!!! I was greeted with a warm welcome & a complimentary drink of choice ( Not many nail shops offer this). She was very friendly and hospitable. I will definitely be back soon! Thanks Cindy!
I’ve been coming here for about a year and this is the first time I have EVER been disappointed and dissatisfied with my service. Mary did INCREDIBLE on my pedicure and then passed me off to some tech to do my nails stating she could do the design better—that was fine. I ended up not even getting the design because the nail tech did my refill and my nails are crooked. I brought it to her attention and immediately got excuses as to why that was and it was just how my nails were. Which I brought up if that was the case, my other hand would be crooked as well and those nails weren’t, they were straight. Not once did she offer to try to fix the crooked/curving nails. I paid for the base she put on and left. I went back to ask for her manager’s information and she was dismissive and kept stating “she was the manager”, it wasn’t until I started getting escalated that she stated I could call later and ask for Kim. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude and terrible at her job.
Venus Nail Spa is the BEST! I love getting my pedicures here. Cindy is great. My experience is truly like a day at the SPA. The prices are great. Walk- in is welcome. Appointment time can be set up. Stop by and check them out.
