Sign in to reviewAlthough the service was quick, the quality did not match other salons at a similar price point. This was my first visit, and it will likely be my last. I walked in without an appointment, and the place was very busy. It felt like they were rushing just to get through as many clients as possible, which took away from the experience. I requested a basic pedicure, but the service felt minimal. The technician seemed to be doing the bare minimum, and I’ve had many pedicures before this one felt very superficial. There was no proper cleaning around the nails, and I had to point it out several times. The foot scrub was also very limited. I came in expecting a proper pedicure experience, not just nail polish application. I had to repeatedly ask for a deeper clean, but even then, the effort felt careless. While others appeared to be enjoying a more complete and relaxing service, my experience was frustrating and not enjoyable at all. I was very disappointed. In my perception, the level of attention and care varied between clients, and it felt like people were treated differently based on their appearance, which was uncomfortable to notice. I did not leave a tip, and I don’t regret that decision. The next morning, I woke up with discomfort in one of my toenails, which made the experience even more concerning. I would personally avoid booking with Amy. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for.

AMAZING! I am the most picky person when it comes to my nails, but I will definitely be going back to Versailles. They were so nice and even remembered my name. Took extra effort to give me what I asked for. Even brought out a special machine to give me the ombré effect I wanted. Also, a very clean place. Love it!
Service was great, but had higher expectations for my nail designs. I showed them a photo of the design I wanted, but the stripes came out uneven and diagonal. The polka dots were all different sizes. Overall just not what I asked for.
Absolutely love Versailles. Everytime I go in and kindly ask for a design or even different colors for my gel dip, I'm always taken such good care of. It's always a pleasure to be in the ambiance of Versailles. Thank you for always surpassing my expectations and lovely customer service. Love you Sarah ! :) ( all of them are wonderful, I just remember Sarah because she was one of the my first encounters at Versailles). Thank you ladies see you in a couple weeks for new nails ;) ciao
