Versona

I love what the store have to offer. I have gone several times to purchase different appeals and clothing. I had always encountered pleasant staff with the exception of today. A black, curvy - slender team member dressed in tight clothing from head to toe with fake long hair, had an aggressive, ready to fist- fight mode came yelling at me ready to fight me because I asked a simple question, "is this a fitting room" she rolled her eyes. Did not respond, flipped herself around, looked for a key, opened the room, and walked away. When I told her that courtesy was appreciated she became confrontational and began to threaten me to don't start with her, and that did not wanted to go there with her, she was not about to have it, and began anger approach walking to my face until one of her coworkers/ supervisors interfered. This was the worst customer service i had yed ever experienced. Perhaps she was having a bad day but, personal matters. Take them home, don't bring it to work with you. I am afraid, that i will not be visiting this store anymore. It is a shame.

Girls please Beware! I went into this store to shop and found a couple of cute fits to try on. While in the dressing room I noticed a visible surveillance camera in the mirror. I was in shock! I discretely brought this to the attention of the employees who dismissed my concerns and said 'You can't see in the dressing room. We get audited. Call Corporate with your concerns.' That's fine, but why hasn't it been moved or the mirror in the dressing room turned away? Easy fix, obviously from the response I'm not the only one to express this concern. Do better Versona. Went In today. Employee didn't greet me, which is fine. I shopped for a little bit, tried clothes on, still no interaction. I wanted to buy earrings but the Employee was at the front of the store and acted like i wasn't there. Didn't want to bother her since she was so into her phone, I put the earrings down and walked to the front of the store, while she walked to the back. Guess she really didn't want to be bothered😅

Really great service. Lots of cute stuff. I had to force myself to leave because I kept finding such cute items.

Cute boutique. Organized and they have some interesting clothes choices. Not to pricy but not cheap either.
