I've been coming here for a year, and my experience has consistently been excellent. The nail sets always look great and last a long time. Got couple design sets as well (Bie is amazing). Great price 👍🏼

I used to be a regular here, but after today’s experience, I won’t be coming back. I came in for a gel pedicure and was humiliated the entire time. The woman doing my nails kept calling other staff members over to look at my toes and they would laugh right in front of me. It got to the point where other customers were staring too, drawn over by how much attention the workers were making of it. You don’t need to speak the same language to know when you’re being ridiculed. I play soccer, so my toenails take a beating, and I have a medical condition that makes my nails especially prone to breaking. None of that should matter. When you pay for a salon service, you’re paying to feel cared for and comfortable, not to be made the subject of ridicule by the entire staff. This wasn’t my first time noticing their behavior, but I had always let it go. Today was too much. I sat through the whole appointment, paid in full, and on my way out told the one male worker (the only person who had the decency not to laugh) how unprofessional the whole experience was. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I love coming to Vibrant Nails for my gel manicures! I found out about this place through a friend and have been coming ever since. The staff is fast, consistent, and super polite. It’s really easy to make an appointment the day of. I enjoy my experience every time and always come away loving my new nails. Fair pricing, considering that my nails hold up for a good 4-6 weeks after.

This was my second time going here, and let me say, I am impressed! My first set lasted well over a MONTH! And withstood a lot! I lift almost daily and they were up to the task! Everyone here is really kind, and wants to make sure you’re happy with what you get! Prices are reasonable for the bay area! Another huge plus is they sanitize tools and use fresh ones between clients!

I love my nails!!! I got a full set of gel extensions - called in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment for later that day! Chloe was amazing and incredibly meticulous about getting the right shape and thickness for my nails & matched the inspiration image that I brought to a T. Also the best prices for nails I've seen so far in the bay. I'll definitely be coming back!
