I had an issue with my tax refund from last year. I didn’t receive my refund until the beginning of this year, and I didn’t know what happened. I asked her for help, and she was very kind and patient. She carefully reviewed my tax documents and explained the possible reasons why my refund was delayed. Victoria relieved me of an extremely annoying headache with the IRS that has entangled for almost 4 years. Out of negligence my previous CPA messed up my 2020 tax returns which was caught by the IRS. Unfortunately my CPA goofed again in fixing my return. From then on the IRS got stuck in an incorrect tax assessment and imposed huge penalty and interest charges to this day.
