Jeremiah recommended the brisket pho with double brisket, and it was excellent. On par with the best I’ve had. Really enjoyed the decor and the service and I’ll be back.

I really wanted to like this place, but the experience was disappointing. I ordered the Bánh & Brew combo. The bánh mì itself was decent, and I’ll give them credit—the portion size was generous. However, it came with onions, which isn’t typical for the style of bánh mì I ordered, and they aren’t shown in the menu photos. The combo included a choice of either one egg roll or one spring roll. I selected the spring roll but received a greasy egg roll instead. The Vietnamese iced coffee tasted good, but it was incredibly disappointing for the price. At around $8, the cup was mostly filled with ice, and there was less than half a cup of actual coffee. It definitely didn’t feel worth the cost. My boyfriend ordered the Viet Alley Rice Box, and it looked nothing like the photos. It was missing the egg and the chili shown in the advertised picture, and overall the presentation was completely different. He described the food as just “mid”—nothing memorable. The packaging made the whole experience even more confusing. My bánh mì was wrapped in Enrique Tomás parchment paper, and the entire order arrived in a Wing Toss bag. It honestly made us question whether we had even received food from Viet Alley. Overall, the menu photos were very misleading, there were mistakes with our order, and the value just wasn’t there. Between the inaccurate food photos, incorrect item, overpriced coffee, and confusing packaging, I don’t think we’d order from here again.
