Sign in to reviewI discovered this place from google map. I happened to be in the neighborhood. The tiny little place appeared understated but look can be deceiving. The place is clean, nothing fancy. You order from a ATM like screen. Ingredients can be added or subtracted. The price is reasonable. The food was delicious and fresh. I have been coming here 3 times now, and each time I was not disappointed. The service was quick. I had minimal interaction with the staff. The setup is more like a fast food place, staff behind the counter. But they bring the food to you. I will definitely keep coming back.
My husband and I came here about 20-30 minutes before closing as my husband doesn’t get off of work until 5:30 and it is the closest one to us but we walked in, got a hello and an irritated look as he was in the corner with a girl, not sure if it was a girlfriend or not.. not really the point but we got a to go order. Not a very welcoming atmosphere, the workers seem like they hate their job. I got the pork egg rolls which I was trying to get the spring rolls but the champion forest location gave me the spring rolls when I asked for the pork rolls lol so that’s my mistake..we went back in about 3 minutes before they closed and my husband said they didn’t have to remake it and that we just wanted a refund but the guy said that he didn’t have the authority to do refunds so they remade it for us.. thankful for that but the guy was visibly frustrated when we walked back in to fix my mistake on the order, when he handed me the bag I apologized for the mix up and he didn’t really acknowledge it, kind of just handed the bag off and walked away. We enjoy VietSubs, the food is delicious but this location is just not friendly, I would recommend going to the champion forest location as the workers there are very welcoming and friendly.
Amazing food. Great prices and reasonably fast! We ate the tofu bahn mi and wow 🥰❤️😍we had French fries as well and strawberry smoothies and Okinawa milk tea with brown sugar boba
Love their iced coffee as a sahm this is my go-to place when im craving a delicious iced coffee. They also have tasty smoothies my children enjoy. They taste delicious. This time, I also ordered some wings and fries. Served hot and freshly made and tasted good. I will say for my preference, I needed some extra sauce on the wings, but overall, they tasted really good. About 4 tables inside and a small bar stools front view.
One positive thing is that they were very generous with the meat—the most I've ever seen in a typical Vietnamese sandwich. Unfortunately, they either didn't toast the bread or forgot to, which made the sandwich chewy and less enjoyable. That completely ruined the experience for me. The service was average since I was in and out quickly, but the shop was clean and well maintained.
