I’ve been a patient of Dr. Vincent Ho for over 10 years, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and always makes me feel comfortable and confident in my care. It’s rare to find a doctor you can trust for this long, and Dr. Ho has been exactly that for me.

Rude and disrespectful front desk and nurse. The nurse is yelling at me after I point out they made a mistake when they book my appointment on the phone. I am so surprised they Doctor Ho would allow them to treat his patients like this

This happened about half a year ago, but I still feel the need to speak up, hopefully to prevent others from going through the same experience. I took my father to this clinic, and a staff member named “Connie” was the one who performed the blood draw for him. Shockingly, I noticed she reused a tool that still had blood-stained cotton on it, without disinfecting it, and used it directly on my father!! I immediately asked her if the tool was sanitized and politely requested a clean one. Connie immediately raised her voice and said, “If you don’t like it, you can leave!” It made me seriously question whether she’s even licensed, her behavior was completely unprofessional, and she couldn’t even control her emotions in front of patients. Hope the clinic takes this seriously. Hygiene and respect should be basic standards. Do not go to this clinic especially if you encounter “Connie”.

Dr. Ho has a good bedside manner and a warm, compassionate demeanor but his diagnoses are latent and inaccurate. If you have a minor cold, cut or need a simple annual physical exam; then Dr. Ho is SGVMCd. But in the case of an existential deadly illness or chronic condition, you will be doomed. My mom went in for eye issues and was diagnosed with dry eye when in fact she had retinal detachment which results in blindness if not corrected promptly. This few months lag caused her to be unable to recover 60-70% of her vision. Even after detachment surgery, only 30-40% of her vison was recovered and with blurriness. Few years later my mom came in for left arm pain which Dr. Ho diagnosed as arthritis and heart clogging issues. I took my mom to the ER at SGVMC hospital and they diagnosed possible chest or breast cancer which turned out to be B-Cell Lymphoma cancer. This 6 months lag resulted in my mom's infections to overcome her entire immune system and unable to receive any type of cancer therapy. Prognosis was 1-2 months of life then death. If you have a serious illness, do NOT come here. Office staff is patronizing after a degree from junior college with Front Office Management & Medical Coding. Whole medical office smells of food and a cafeteria every time. Staff always returns 5-10 minutes late from lunch to reopen. I gave a paper with specialists for my mom to have a referral from Dr. Ho and it was thrown in the trash. Originally had high hopes of this office which was totally turned 180 after this experience.
