Vinny Fracassi, Keller Williams Empower

I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Vinny! From start to finish he was attentive, quick to respond, and always made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. He kept me informed, answered all of my questions promptly, and made the entire process of selling my condo feel much less overwhelming. It was clear that he genuinely cared and had my best interests in mind. I highly recommend Vinny to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable realtor!

Vinny was simply awesome (!) and a pleasure to work with. He was flexible, responsive, and helped us navigate the home buying process every step of the way. His knowledge of the real estate industry and the Philadelphia market helped us understand and confidently explore homes in the City of Brotherly Love. We asked tons of questions and always left a conversation with Vinny more informed about our decision making from considering homes to inspection to finalizing the deal. As first-time home buyers, we felt like we had the best guy by our side at every stage of the process.

Vinny helped us buy a Philly rental property several years ago and guided us through the sometimes confusing world of Philly real Estate. But since then he has continued to be extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we have - providing names of handy men and electricians or helping with lease renewals on the property. We cannot recommend him enough!

I cannot recommend Vinny highly enough! From the start, he set a new standard for customer service in real estate. Beyond his professionalism, he is genuinely personable and wholesome—he made me feel completely comfortable and supported …

If you are looking for a real estate agent, look no further - Vinny is the most exceptional agent in Philadelphia! I was looking for an apartment while planning a move cross-country, found my dream apartment on Zillow, and I am so grateful Vinny was representing the property. He is incredibly knowledgeable, advocates for his clients, highly responsive even with very short notice, as well as incredibly kind and down-to-earth. It was truly a pleasure working with him. If any family, friends, or colleagues in my life are looking for the next place to call home, I will enthusiastically provide Vinny's name as a referral. Truly an exceptional experience working with him - thank you, Vinny!
