When I initially went here the service was great! Took a little longer but was good overall. Now 3-4 days ago I went and paid $112 with tip included. The service was good but I wasn’t fully satisfied being that my nails were still to long (I had no time that day to have it fixed being that i had work right after) + I traveled for work. Fast forward to today 05/31….I just finished around 2:20pm. COMPLETELY different….mind you my nails were already chipping from JUST 3-4 days of having them done (this didn’t happen the 1st time i went) plus, it’s shellac. I called and informed them gave them a time of 1:00pm to get them fixed….i arrived at 1:10. They started assisting me but was confused until i explained again that I had called beforehand. She told me to pick out a color and then proceeded to say it would be a charge bc of color change (no biggie…HOWEVER) a repolish would’ve had to be done regardless being that they had to re-file my toes nails (they’re French tips) the whole service was rude, everyone saying slick comments or trying to see what was wrong walking around me while being serviced speaking in their language. UNPROFESSIONAL! Was never offered a drink, or spoken to (how my initial responses were on my first time coming in) when i left out I paid $28 for a discounted repolish that I shouldn’t have been charged for to begin with. When leaving out they could tell i was upset plus, over hearing my phone call speaking about it. The manager I’m assuming asked “was everything okay?” I stated “it was fine”, paid…she then, stood by the door speaking in her language to the lady that serviced me & was checking me out. Unsure as to why….and just walked off as i was walking out…No excuse me or have a good day. So in total i paid $140 for my nails + for THEIR mistakes. I’ll never come back for this experience. I don’t want any additional accommodations either. Just take it a lesson and learn for the next person. In the pictures the pink is the 2nd time i went. Was a good service but my nails were too long for my liking/comfortability. The yellow nails are from today. And it’s a DECENT job, not a clean French tip application, some toes the thickness is bigger. A BIG difference! (They didn’t do my nails just toes) just a terrible service experience. I’m a cosmetologist + service provider + a PAYING customer. Whether they felt it was “good enough” or not has nothing to do with me. I’m PICKY with my maintenance and have every right to be. Plus, I know actual State Board protocol with services that’ve let slide. Today’s experience is why i will not be returning.

I was really impressed by Johns work and that’s why I continued coming back, but these last 2 times I’ve come, 2 different ladies have butchered my nails. The first lady ripped my old set off after only soaking 10 minutes and trying to file them off with a regular tip and not a metal tip. This past Friday I came to get a fresh set and she seemed annoyed that I asked for a soak off. After she applied the acrylic i was examining them because they didnt look like they were blended into my nail bed and looked like they were already wanting to pop off. I showed her and she started filing them down with an actual nail file but kept hitting my skin so i snatched my hand away and just said it was fine and let her put the top coat on so i could just leave.

I do not recommend coming here. The picture speaks for itself. $97 for Ombre nails to look like this. Pls take your business elsewhere. The second photo is what we asked for. To top it off they wouldn’t make it right. I have no idea how they have so many 5 star reviews. Because of the reviews we chose this location. Worst nail job ever. 👎👎👎

I hate leaving poor reviews but Plano beware. I visited this place for the first time Monday and was initially taken aback with all of the pushiness trying to upsell my husband and I. I had to match their aggressive energy to get them to stop. I’ve gotten my dip done for years so know what to expect. The technician was rough and it cut my skin in a couple places using the drill. By Tuesday my first nail chipped and now (Thursday) 4 have chipped and I’m not doing anything extraordinary with my hands. No base coat was used and no clear coat of gel on top. For a $45 investment - it’s awful. The pic shows the chipping and damage left on my cuticles. I will not go back.
