She was able to relieve the back pain I have developed from sitting at my desk all day, and she went above and beyond by explaining why certain areas were hurting. Veronica even gave me posture tips and simple exercises to help prevent the pain from building up. What impressed me most was her ability to pinpoint exactly which muscles and tendons were causing the pain and trace it back to specific habits and posture. Veronica’s background really comes through as her training in anatomy, body dynamics, and somatic practices is clear in the way she works. Veronica truly cares about improving her clients’ health and well-being, and it shows. I left not only feeling physically better, but also with practical advice I could use every day. Highly recommend!
Truly a hidden gem. I just had my first session and already know I will be coming back. Veronica was helpful and communicative. I loved her combination of techniques, and she was very knowledgeable about how to help with the healing of my knee ACL reconstruction surgery. She had a lot of pointers to bring back to my physical therapist to complement my rehabilitation. Highly recommend her!!
Veronica is amazing. She is so knowledgeable about muscle anatomy and works miracles on your sore spots. She is a true healer. I have been treated by her multiple times at her previous venues, but making the trek to Mission Valley is worth it. Great new venue too.
