The staff and doctor are friendly and accommodating; however, when it comes to getting prescription refills, their practice is always inconsistent and it becomes a mission for me to get refills. I call the pharmacy for the refill, Dr. Vo rejects it because I need to be seen. Dr. Vo's office does not contact me to say I need to be seen, but told the pharmacy should have told me that?? How is it the pharmacy's responsibility to let me know the doctor wants to see me? So, now I don't have my medication, because the doctors office cannot take responsibility for picking up a phone and calling me.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My mom needed surgery on her hand and needed an EMG done before she could get surgery. In order for her to get an EMG and surgery done, she needed a referral. First, they sent her over to a place to get a MAMMOGRAM. That's for your breast, not your hands. They were no help in finding a place that accepts our insurance so we had to call them a few times to ask them to send a referral to different places. I had asked them to send a referral to this institution and the lady on the phone with me pretty much yelled at me saying that I'm wasting their time and annoying their office with calls asking them to send referrals out (though its their job in the first place to help their patients.) and she will fax it over to the institution. (She said she did it while I was on the phone with her.) Guess what? She never did. The only reason why I know that is because I handle the referrals/scheduling for this institution and never received it. Thanks for nothing! Edit: With my mother speaking only Vietnamese and of the location, she still comes here. She had an appointment yesterday and waited almost 2.5 hours. I work at a doctors office myself and the latest we get patients into a room/see a doctor is 20 minutes. This is ridiculous. Will be looking for another doctor. DO NOT COME HERE 2nd edit: My mom thank goodness found another Vietnamese doctor who better understands her needs and the doctor + his office staff are actually kind and care about their patients. My mom did tell me before she left that Dr.Hue actually asked her to ask me to take this review down. LMAOOOOOOO NOPE. Please don't ever come here, even if it's your last resort.

This is the worst doctor to get care from! I will never ever come back here again. Dr Vo Hue should not be a doctor needs to work on her bedside manner because hers is so poorly. Very rude doctor is just looking to get money for her poor practice. I recommend going somewhere else people this doctor shouldn’t be practicing medicine.
