Sign in to reviewI highly recommend Jay and his team. I showed up with no appointment and left my vehicle with him to get work done when his schedule permits it. His team was able to replace my Dodge clutch/flywheel two days before the scheduled completion date. I’ve found him to be very trustworthy with honest prices. If you need a mechanic look no further. My family has been using Volkers services for the past 10 years, and I will use their services exclusively for the foreseeable future. Look no further these guys are legit.
I had a great experience! I called before they opened and Jay called me back and allowed me to bring my landrover over to get my breaks and rotors replaced! He got me in and out within a few hours! Go check them out...
This place rules, everyone who works there is always super kind and take care of my issues. I've had multiple issues with my piece of shit car but they always help me and are always kind and patient with me. I love this place I appreciate them so much!
Jay and his team at Volker's are awesome! I cannot say enough about how positive me and my family's experiences have been at their shop. This past summer I had a two-week road trip planned through Big Bear Mountain and the Eastern Sierras with my Ford Transit Van, and discovered a transmission issue a week before takeoff. I went to Jay and he miraculously rebuilt my entire transmission, as well as tune-up maintenance, in time before my trip. His expertise and attention to detail eased my worries as I embarked on a trip that included a lot of elevation change and a heavy load. The van drove wonderfully for the entirety of our trip and continues to drive great. Jay communicated well about each component and the costs. His team is friendly and knowledgeable - between my father, brother and myself, we've trusted him with all of our vehicles - Volkswagen, Chevy and Ford - and he's been able to repair and service all of our issues. I am beyond grateful to have found a trustworthy and talented mechanic to service my van and future vehicles!
My check engine light was on so I made an appointment with Jay. He diagnosed the vehicle and told me it was low on oil. He charged me $200 and changed the oil. Two days later the check engine light came back on. When I called the shop, they hung up on me twice. I took it to another shop and they diagnosed it correctly. Jay lied to me and RIPPED ME OFF!
