Customer feedback highlights helpful service for both English-speaking and Vietnamese-speaking customers. Reviewers say the agents are friendly and patient, and one specifically appreciates being able to get help in Vietnamese. That can make it more comfortable to explain a question, understand the next steps, and keep track of a process. Customers mention Tuyen for her kind, attentive assistance, as well as Mr. Lai for his professionalism, patience, and kindness. These personal experiences give prospective customers a practical sense of the agency’s service style: supportive, respectful, and focused on making each interaction understandable.

Convenience is another recurring theme. One customer called to request a car insurance quote and said the process was completed in less than 15 minutes, with Vu Han making it easy to follow along. That review suggests the office may be a useful option for busy people who want to start by phone rather than come in. Whether you are comparing a car quote or need help with an insurance question, you can contact the team during weekday business hours to discuss what you are looking for and learn about the process.

The agency has a 4.8-star rating from 22 reviews. One long-time customer, after relocating from Portland, shared that the team’s responsiveness, support, and reliability made the relationship difficult to leave after a decade. While every customer’s needs are different, the reviews consistently point to attentive communication and dependable follow-through. The office’s NE 82nd Avenue location is in Portland, and its weekday schedule makes it straightforward to plan a call or visit.
