Dr Leng is quite nice and friendly. The staff are very nice and personable. Sometimes hard to communicate due to the use of AI but basically a good doc office.

Dr Leng is Awesome. He is one of two doctors I trust completely with my health. His wholistic approach to keeping me healthy is refreshing. He is also a wonderful person, kind and caring,

I want to preface this by saying that if you have decent health insurance, and/or live in Federal Way - this is a lovely place. Dr. Vuthy Leng is a very kind, very friendly individual who seems to genuinely want to find you the best solutions possible. All of the folks I interacted with that worked in the office barring one person were also friendly and willing to work with you. That said, the main reason I gave this clinic three stars, is the extreme difficulty in communication that I faced. (Again, I live about a half hour away, which is part of why I say if you live closer, it isn't as much an issue, I'd imagine.) I was told for the span of over a month that they did not have my medical records from my previous PCP, no matter what I did to try and get those records to them. The same day I called the Records Office with my previous insurance and was told that they would fax the documents a second time, I called an hour later and was told they didn't see the records. A few more hours later, I called repeatedly and nobody would answer my calls - but did answer my mother's call from her landline, which felt odd. Anyway, turns out they did have my records, but just. Had not bothered to check the fax machine that day and instead of admitting such to me the first time, just said they hadn't received them yet. After over a month of this, I finally scheduled an appointment. I had to go in, I couldn't get any of my lab test requests or anything at all really unless I went into the office personally - which was mostly a problem because it is so out of the way. And I show up. Only to find out that they don't even take my insurance anymore. Nobody had contacted me. Nobody had told me. They had found out the day before my appointment, but I had no idea until I wasted time and money on gas to go in, finally hoping I could get some medications that I've been unable to refill for months, only to be told there's nothing they can do. Like I said, everyone here is very nice, and the woman who told me this awful news seemed genuinely sorry. But there definitely needs to be some organisation done on the communication side of things - having a patient portal that actually functions, or an online way of receiving important documents, lab results, etc. would have made this an easy 4-star, at very least, but unfortunately I've been through so much emotional turmoil due to having to switching PCPs/insurances, and struggling to get refills on my important meds that I've been unable to receive for the entire year thus far, that it had to go down to a 3. I encourage anyone who is interested or curious about going to this clinic to definitely give it a try, /especially/ if you live nearby and can actually just go to the clinic personally whenever you need to, because you'll get much better communication and faster information that way. I do like the people that work here; it is not a /bad/ clinic. Just the communication problems can be extremely difficult if you don't have the resources necessary to do things in a particular way.

Dr. Leng has been my primary doctor/GP for over 9 years. He is caring, understanding and incredibly knowledgeable. He really goes above and beyond for each one of his patients and he listens attentively. I've always felt better knowing that I have such a great doctor. I highly recommend him. The staff is amazing too. They are all really great people.

Great doctor! He goes above and beyond to actually listen to you and truly cares. I have been with him for about a year now, and can honestly say I have found my forever doctor! Staff is really nice as well!
