Everything feels fresh, professional, and comfortable, which immediately puts you at ease. The space is spacious and relaxing, and you can tell cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. I booked my session with Miranda, and she was absolutely fantastic. Her massage was strong, smooth, and perfectly balanced, hitting all the right spots and working out tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying. She checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure was right and really tailored the massage to what my body needed. The level of service was truly top notch. From the welcoming attitude to the skilled hands and attention to detail, everything felt polished and professional. By the end of the session, I felt completely relaxed, refreshed, and loose — like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Waples Spa delivers on cleanliness, quality massage, and excellent customer service. If you’re looking for a place that does everything right, this is it. Easy 5 stars and highly recommended.

Waples Spa in Mira Mesa is not your average massage spot. Beautiful, newly remodeled space, great prices, and a seriously relaxing vibe. Suzi was incredible — confident, intuitive, and clearly knows how to make a massage feel a little… extra special. I left way more relaxed than expected. If you know, you know. Highly recommend.
I work in construction. I hurt my back last month the doctor suggested chiropractor after a couple weeks no change. My friend suggested Asian massage parlors and wow what a difference. The young lady use hot stone techniques, deep tissue pressure and I felt like a million dollars walking out. Place was excellent and cleanliness and professionalism. I wish I would have found best place a month ago by glad I came definitely will repeat to keep my back in good shape.
Rude staff. The lady didn’t speak English at all. I booked a one-hour session but was forced to leave after 20 minutes. Don’t waste your time or money here.
