Warm Springs Spa is a local massage therapist in Fremont, CA, located at 46921 Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539. For people searching for a straightforward place to unwind in the Warm Springs area, this spa offers a practical, value-focused massage experience without a lot of fuss. Customer feedback often points to fair pricing, a tidy space, and therapists who can provide steady pressure for guests who want to leave feeling looser, calmer, and more relaxed after a long workday or weekend errand run.
The massage menu is best understood through the experiences guests describe: combination sessions that may include Swedish-style relaxation work and deeper pressure, deep tissue-style bodywork for tight areas, and focused attention on sore muscles. Some reviewers mention that the therapists are professional and able to concentrate on pain points, while others note that pressure can vary depending on the provider. If you have a specific preference—light, medium, firm, Swedish, deep tissue, or a blend—it is smart to say so clearly when booking and again before the session begins.
The atmosphere at Warm Springs Spa is simple and functional. Reviews describe the business as tidy, with service that is generally on point, though the rooms may feel smaller and the overall interior a bit dated. That makes it a good fit for customers who care more about the quality and value of the massage than luxury decor. It is especially convenient for Fremont residents, nearby workers, and visitors to the Warm Springs Boulevard corridor who want an accessible appointment for stress relief, back or shoulder tension, or general body maintenance.
With hours listed from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM every day, Warm Springs Spa can work well for people who need flexibility after work, on Sundays, or during a busy week. Calling ahead is a sensible option, especially if you want a particular time slot or a combination massage. The spa has a 4.1 rating from 119 reviews, which suggests many guests appreciate the service and value, while also showing that communication matters. Guests who are sensitive to strong pressure should speak up early, because a firm session can leave some people sore.
For FindALoco users comparing massage options in Fremont, CA, Warm Springs Spa stands out as a no-frills, fairly priced massage therapist option on Warm Springs Boulevard. It is a practical choice for individuals who want help loosening tight muscles, couples or friends booking separate appointments nearby, and regular massage clients who prefer direct bodywork over a spa-day atmosphere. Go in with clear expectations, explain the pressure and style you want, and confirm any pricing or tipping questions up front so the visit feels comfortable from start to finish.

Sign in to reviewWarm Spring Spa gives a solid massage at a really fair price. The therapists do a good job, pressure was consistent, and I left feeling relaxed and loose. For the value, it’s hard to beat. A couple of things to know going in. The rooms are on the smaller side, and the space overall feels a bit dated. The banner above the front door isn’t quite as nice as it used to be in the older photos, so a refresh there would go a long way. There’s also no sink or towel setup inside the treatment rooms, so the therapist does need to step out to grab hot towels and supplies. That breaks the flow a little, but it’s manageable. On the positive side, the price is great. About $70 for an hour, and even with a $20 tip you’re still under $100 for a good massage in the Bay Area, which is rare. Music was relaxing, and everyone I interacted with was polite. If you’re looking for luxury décor, this probably isn’t it. But if you care more about getting a good massage at a great price and don’t mind simpler surroundings, this is a very solid spot, which is why it’s an easy four out of five from me.
I was here on a Sunday evening for a combination massage (Swedish +deep tissue). I called to book appointment in advance. The place was tidy and the service was on point. My masseuse Amanda did a great job. She was professional and knew exactly where to concentrate on to relieve my pain without even me having to mention. She made sure the pressure was right and I was comfortable. I would definitely come back.
I feel like I have holes in my body! I'm really confused as to what type of massage this was. I was poked at by her elbow for a whole long hour. I'm in more pain now than I was when I went in. Occasionally I got a forearm rub down of oil. The pressure was all over the map, the WWC elbow shots was about the only deep tissue I got. I asked her to use her hands for knots, and when she did, I felt sorry for what my husband has to go through when I do a really crappy job massaging his shoulders. I'm a massive tipper, many times over 100 percent to someone who puts their heart into their job but omg I thought they would jump me with muscles they were hiding during the massage. I literally was shoved into giving a tip. Oh and then they tried to charge me 4 bucks for a transaction fee. I've tried this place twice now, don't go here unless you want your body to be hole punched. Oh the biggest thing, the owner/manager told me I have knee pain because I'm overweight. Unbelievable The good thing is the place is clean and I realize that I can perhaps become a masseuse as clearly I don't need any talent.
The massage itself was very good, though they never asked me which kind of massage I want. I said one hour and that was it. Swedish, deep tissue? I don't know but it was good and probably was deep tissue. But it left me with sore spots for next two days Also, I clearly told two people (the receptionist and the masseuse) that I had gone for a very long walk/hike and that my legs were hurting. Requested them to mainly focus on legs. However, I think she spent maybe 8-9 min in lower extremities, where 6-7 was massaging on thighs and remaining. 1-2 min on legs and almost barely touching the foot! In future if my back is bothering, I'll go otherwise I won't bother going again
They are very nice and do a great job, the only thing is the tipping options could be more clear cost wise..not only percentage I do understand it’s not the easiest job but I feel tips should be given from the heart as an optional choice vs expecting it as if it’s mandatory
