Definitely our favorite mall in Portland but I don't know why it doesn't have a theater or any fast food restaurants in or near the parking lot. Maybe they will remodel and add more to it.

Washington Square is one of the nicest malls I’ve visited in the Portland metro area. It’s large, clean, well maintained, and has a great selection of stores and restaurants, making it easy to spend several hours here without getting bored. Whether you’re looking to shop, grab a meal, or simply walk around, there’s plenty to do. One of the biggest strengths of this mall is its variety. There are well over 170 stores, including major department stores like Nordstrom, Macy’s, JCPenney, and Dick’s Sporting Goods, along with popular brands such as Apple, LEGO, lululemon, Coach, Arc’teryx, and many others. The dining options are also excellent, with restaurants including Din Tai Fung, The Cheesecake Factory, Gen Korean BBQ, 85°C Bakery Café, and several quick-service options. (Washington Square) The mall itself is very comfortable to spend time in. It was clean during my visit, the common areas were well maintained, and I appreciated amenities like free Wi-Fi, comfortable seating areas, vending machines, EV charging, and the children’s play area. Security also seemed visible throughout the property, which made the mall feel safe and well managed. Parking was plentiful, and despite how busy the mall can get, I didn’t have much trouble finding a space. (Washington Square) The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the mall can become extremely busy, especially on weekends and during peak shopping hours. That naturally leads to crowded walkways, longer lines at popular stores and restaurants, and a somewhat hectic atmosphere. There also appeared to be renovation work taking place in parts of the mall during my visit, although it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. However, the food court was relatively small, especially when considering that this is supposed to be the largest mall in Oregon in terms of store count. Overall, I had a very enjoyable visit. Washington Square offers a great mix of shopping, dining, and amenities, and it’s easy to see why it’s considered one of Oregon’s premier shopping destinations. If you’re in the Portland or Tigard area and enjoy shopping or simply want a nice indoor place to spend a few hours, I’d definitely recommend stopping by.

Great mall 20 mins away from downtown Portland. Many fashion stores, shoes, sports wear, high end brands and restaurants. They also have a food court at 2nd floor. …

I was out of town and stumbled upon this mall. Great stores and restaurants! The shops just kept going. Got to shop in stores that were new to me.
