Our first experience at this restaurant was incredible. The service was great and the atmosphere was fun. I honestly really liked that it was a walk up to order establishment. Tons of great food options too. I really like their “Cheese Steak” vegan sandwich.
We’re visiting from Iowa, and WaterCourse Foods was our very first lunch stop after arriving in Denver. What a fantastic way to start our trip! …
We stopped to grab lunch after the airport and route to Red Rocks and are so happy we did this place was amazing! The food is fantastic and so is the service and ambience as well as desserts and music. Highly highly recommend!
I had a good experience here. It was pretty slow for lunch on a Friday afternoon. I used to come here back in like 2016 when my brother lived in Denver. We loved it! Not everyone in my family is vegan, but even they loved it! Well, I was in the Denver area and decided I should go in and get some food and support their business. I dined in and the servers were really nice. I got a Cuban sandwich with fries, a large iced banana bread latte, and a giant chocolate chip cookie. I tipped 20% and my total came to $44.37. I understand it’s very hard for restaurants post Covid and also vegan restaurants especially to stay afloat. I’m from Chicago so I’ve witnessed a few vegan restaurants shutting down there. I’m very happy to see watercourse is still in business and I’ll be back whenever I’m in town so I can try the patty melt and Philly!
We got the black bean burger and the Caesar wrap. The wrap was good but the burger was quite dry. The sides of fries and salads were really generous. The fries were way over salted, and the dressings and wrap were a little over salted. Staff is great. It's always quite noisy in here. We were here when it wasn't too crowded so it wasn't too bad
