Prior to my first appointment I was hopeful Shendona would be able to help with my extremely thinning and broken hair. During my initial consultation, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, allowing for a relaxed and pleasant experience. My journey began with a personalized Hair Loss plan over a three month course. As my hair journey continued, lifestyle changes and proper treatment of my scalp and hair and body have led to thicker, stronger, and above all, healthier hair! I have learned techniques to better care for my scalp and hair, in addition to making better nutritional choices. As Shendona says, healthy hair starts from within…what we put in our body reflects on the outside. As a bonus, I want to give a shout out to Shendona for being an excellent colorist! Love my color! As we continue my healthy hair journey. I am forever grateful to God for leading me to “Wellness By Shen”
My experience at Shen Does Hair has consistently been phenomenal. Shen makes you feel at ease and truly valued from consultation onward. Healthy hair is her priority, and she makes sure she understands your unique hair needs making sure your hair looks great every time. So not only do I leave every time knowing my hair is being managed well and is healthy, but I also know the style will be amazing. I highly recommend Shen, whether you're relaxed, transitioning, natural, etc. Her knowledge of hair and the industry covers it all.
Shen does an amazing job of seeking to understand any issues you might have with your hair and work to remedy those concerns. She’s very knowledgeable & always learning new things about hair care to stay fresh and current. Shen is caring and truly interested in growing your hair at the cellular level. She’s also really great with color and styling. You won’t go wrong paying her a visit and making her your hair stylist!!!!
Shen is the best in the Hair Game! My hair is healthy, restored and retains its style in between sessions. I’m so happy I found her! She’s not only a great stylist but a hair educator! I know so much more about how to maintain healthy hair based on what she’s taught me!
I found Shen on yelp, and am so happy I did. My stylist moved upstate a few months ago and had no one to recommend for me, so I started researching. After much research, I booked an appt with Shen. She took the time to explain her process and how she didn’t want to “break” what was already working for me and my hair. The outcome was fabulous! My hair color is exactly as I expected and my hair still feels amazing days after my appointment! Definitely would recommend Shen to anyone looking for quality hair care and knowledge on how to care for it in between sessions. Thanks Shen, I need to look no further for a stylist!!
