Sign in to reviewI found the office to be clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and greet you when you arrive. The fish tank was very relaxing to be by. I was lucky enough to be there when it was feeding time. The doctor was very friendly and thorough. Explained everything so I could understand. I would recommend your office to family and friends.
Dr. Hemperly and all of the staff are and have always been excellent providers. Super friendly and helpful. They listen to me and ask great questions to make sure I’m getting the best care. Having seen several dermatologists over the years, you all are the most knowledgeable and helpful and kind I’ve been to. Last note, I LOVE YOIR FISH AQUARIUM!! I look forward to finding all my favorite fish while I’m waiting.
This review is long overdue, but I feel so lucky to have Dr. Igo as my dermatologist. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and always takes the time to be helpful and thorough. The front desk staff is wonderful and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. CJ is absolutely amazing as well! Malik and Magdalene the dermatology assistants truly go above and beyond to ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for. I’m sorry if I didn’t spell the names correctly! Overall, I highly recommend this dermatology clinic. I’m so thankful to have found them and genuinely appreciate the level of care they provide to their patients. 11/10! 😊
Everyone was very nice. Doctor listened to my concerns i felt like he did a through exam. The results weren't exactly the ones I wanted to hear but they have handled the situation so far Very professional but with compassion as well. Dr. was defintely able to ease my mind a bit..So we shall see on the next appt in Febuary. Im accepting all prayers and positive vibes . Also wanted to add that the Nurse also was very nice and made me comfortable on a slightly awkward situation. So good experience for me all around so..more to come.
Could not be more pleased with my experience at West Dermatology. Scheduling my appointment and completing my registration online were extremely easy. The doctor and supporting staff were personable, knowledgeable and efficient. As an added bonus, parking was free and plentiful.
