One customer described a Phoenix pedicure that helped relieve ankle discomfort and itchiness, along with a foot massage they found wonderful. The salon also has massage chairs with controls built into the armrest, adding a more comfortable touch to pedicure time. Some reviewers reported concerns about polish application, service quality, or staff interactions, while others praised friendly service, cleanliness, and individual technicians. Sign in to reviewEnjoyable visit. Phoenix pedicure took away my ankle pain and itchiness. Clean and friendly. Foot massage was wonderful by Sunny. Kelly did my manicure at the same time. New massage chairs were great with controls in arm of chair no remote. Will definitely go back. Made an appointment and serviced the minute of my arrival.
Got pedicures for my mom and me, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing from beginning to end. This review is for Jan Nguyen and Lan. If the owners are reading this, please remind your workers to be kind and professional to paying customers. The pedicure staff were not friendly at all. One of them scratched my foot during the service and kept yelling at me to “keep my feet together” while my nails were drying. They were also constantly talking to each other in their language while looking at my bag, which made me feel uncomfortable and unable to relax. On top of that, my nail color was not painted neatly by Jan. The overall customer service was poor and unwelcoming. Also, there is a $3 credit card charge, and they do not allow tips on the card — you have to send it through Zelle or Venmo. Very disappointed with the service and would not return.
My girlfriend is a regular at this location (always tips generously), however after this most previous experience, it will be her last. She asked for black nail polish for her acrylic nails. She was texting me during the appointment letting me know she didn’t get her usual girl, but instead got a guy doing her nails this time. The words exchanged with him I’m not sure of, but she stated to me that he was rude and extremely careless, and his work reflected that. She asked for her nails to be black, but when they came out they were blue in the light. He also messed up the length that she asked for. We politely pointed this out to the staff and all they offered at first was to go over the paint a 2nd time with the same shade of “super black” polish. I asked to see the bottle they used, you literally couldn’t even read the label it was so faded and old. It came out blue. The front desk staff who claims to be the manager stated that black comes out as blue, which is simply not true. And if that is that case with that particular nail polish, then state that in the beginning. She paid $113 for a service that was not at all what she asked for…? We politely asked if we could come back and they could redo the set for half price next week, they declined because “he already spent the time” I could have demanded a full refund, however I was trying to be respectful and reasonable. The staff did nothing to try to appease the situation and lost a loyal customer. Sloppy quality by this individual that the “manager” referred to as “Dallas”. And terrible quality control and customer service from the entire staff to let something that messy slide with a regular and loyal customer. All that was ever offered to us by the end was $10 in exchanged for the inconvenience. Too many nail salons in town to waste your money with people who don’t care about the quality of their work or service. Where is the pride? If providing a quality service is too much for you, then you are in the wrong profession. My advice is take your money elsewhere because there are so much better places. Staff is hot trash. And I only say that because that’s how they treated us.
I made a quick nail appointment here before my trip out of town to see Beyoncé. The nail tech did a super messy job. Super disappointed. I still paid full price and tipped, but I can’t say the tech was deserving of it.
I've been going to this place for the past 4-5 years, and it is definitely my go-to for getting my nails done. This time around, I decided to get my nails done for my spring break vacation. Sunny did a phenomenal job with my nails. Huge thank you to her!
