Love this place! You'll pay more here for items but you get what you pay for! For example the black lace blouse I bought was $80 but fits so nice. It has a zipper in the back that makes it not so boxy. The tank I bought was $40, but it was a v neck which is hard to find and it fit well. Not as short as the cheap ones. Great place to find something special to wear!
Love this place. Couple years ago(when store was at the second floor) employees were snobby and rude ladies. Yesterday we went there and bought 5 pieces of clothing with my wife. The new staff was so polite and helpful, we had the best shopping experience in years. Thank you very much! The clothes are great and stylish.
I bought a blouse while I was out of town at a White House black market. Got home in the fit was very strange. I took the blouse and the receipt back to the store and they would not take it back because the tag had been removed even though I had it, I had not even worn the shirt at all. It was obvious. And they had a preset reason already that they must use regularly as to why they cannot return it. There was no one in the store. It’s no wonder stores go out of business. You can return these days I will not be back to the store ever again! Buyer beware
Here's my story. I don't want to even give 1 star. I changed my address 3 times in person and in-store an additional time this week to have an online order delivery with the stonebriar store ordering. Even while speaking with the salesperson/ the Manager. Yet it was delivered to an address that I had changed numerous time. I was told by another manager that due to storm on east coast it would be 2 weeks ! They would not expedite the package from the East! Needless to say buyer beware!!!!! I will never shop them again . I have made purchased several items here. Bad service ! The store manger never issued the refund! Bad service, bad manager ! Wouldn't expedite delivery due to their error!!!!!
Not bad. WHBM is located inside Stonebriar Mall. It's definitely one of the smaller WHBM locations I have ventured into. I came for some returns. The workers were very friendly. I do wish they had more options in store that are available online. Would definitely come came in here to shop though.
