I like the outside seating. I can people watch, and I find that soooo interesting and I get fashion tips by seeing what the girls wear. I also love the little precious birds that come and go. I feel safe at this store. Also the members are helpful. I use their cosmetics (lotions) and lipstick. I've been going to this store about 15 years.

I only really shop here for the self serve water stations. Absolutely love the quality of water and the price. At 59 cents a gallon, 17 gallons cost me $10. Love how convenient it is. I reccomend reverse osmosis for drinking water.

I have been shopping at the Whole Foods Market in Plano for the past 12 years, and overall, it's a fantastic location. The store is clean, well-organized, and offers a wide selection of high-quality products. The atmosphere is inviting, and I always enjoy browsing the aisles. However, there are a couple of issues that keep it from being a five-star experience. Firstly, the staff often locks the doors and starts closing up about 30 minutes before the posted closing time. This has been a consistent inconvenience, especially when I only need to grab a single item. Additionally, they frequently seem to be out of stock on several items I regularly purchase. When I inquire about restocking, I'm often told no, despite knowing they have more in the back. Despite these minor frustrations, Whole Foods Market in Plano remains my go-to for groceries, thanks to its excellent overall quality and pleasant shopping environment

This is a great Whole Foods but gets a star off because it closes at 9pm and has hours like a restaurant instead of a place where people buy groceries. 10pm closing time used to be the norm pre-pandemic, not sure why 9pm continues to be the rule. On a positive note, they carry Onyx coffee, which rules. Also the staff are just generally superb.
